Amateratsu and Noriaki stared after his retreating form, before glancing at each other.

"So," said Amaterasu. "I can still teach you a few tricks. But you won't be able to use these," she gestured to the swords. "Whaddaya say?"

Noraki scrunched up his face. "I don't wanna be taught by a girl!" he said, and raced after his cousin.

All Ama could do was sigh. "Brats," she mumbled.

Tsukiyomi lay down on his bed and rolled over "Hmph" he said stritcly "She laughed at my....at dad's believe, she's such a child."

Ama decided to check up on Tsukiyomi. Knowing him, he might've gotten his feelings hurt. He really felt so hi-strung in his beliefs.

She opened the door slight. "Hey... bro?" she called, easing in. "Are you okay?"

She slid onto the bed. "Look, if you're mad. I'm sorry."

Tsukiyomi sat up and walked over to the window "No....I'm fine...it's just..I'm surprised thats all...dad believed in that...I know how much you loved him...dad, great grandpa, great great grandpa...they all believed it sis....look forget it I'm fine, you don't need to apologize" he said not turning around to face his sister.

Amaterasu sighed. "Look, Tsuki, I know that dad believed in all of that. I just never knew you felt so strongly about it. Tsukai--" she paused. She was going to say: "Tsukaia and I used to laugh about it all the time." But she figured it'd be a stupid and insensitive thing to say.

"Look Tsuki. Just because you want to protect the king and stuff, the fact remains that you shouldn't let a seven-year-old handle a sword. Plain and simple. Nori could've really hurt himself."

"Not with me there...I'm not a complete idiot...just because I'm your little brother...doesn't mean I'm a baby anymore sis...and that's what really hurts...that you don't trust me to know what I'm doing" he said, Tsukiyomi turned around and hugged Amaterasu.

Amaterasu rolled her eyes and returned the hug. "Tsuki, I know you're not a baby anymore, but Nori is. He'll start to think it's okay to play with real swords," she said gently. "What'll happen if he decides to pick one up while you're not around? Think that'll protect the generation?" she said snidely.

"Anyway, I'm just glad nobody was hurt. Don't do that again, Tsuki. Ya hear me. Maybe when Nori turned twelve or thirteen. But not when he's barely out of kindergarten."

Tsukiyomi smiled and laughed a bit "Well jeez sorry 'mom'" he joked "God you and your motherly instinct, what'll happen when you have kids"

Amaterasu scoffed good-naturedly. "I know they'll be better off than yours," she said, nudging the side of his head playfully.

Tsukiyomi laughed "Care to make a bet?" he said smiling.
