Healing: After the Summit

Sasuno'o took off his robes so that he was only in his pants and hopped in. "This place is perfect if it's like heaven....I am God, and now I'm here with my Godess..." he said kissing her "You look beautiful in everything...but I will admit the cleanliness really brings our your better features"

Tsukaia returned the kiss, then worked on rubbing the salt from her outfit. Undressing, she tenderly heated some rough spots until she was sure they were clean. Then she swam to the edge of the pool and propped her dress on a tumble of stones. "Much better," she assessed, twirling around in the water.

"And the temperature here is delightfully warm," she said, treading. "You have paradise in your reign, my liege," she told him.

"I believe you mean our reign...you know I could have never done most of this without you...and I certainly wouldn't be able to have a child alone....you're just as much a ruler of this reign as I am..." he said "And there's no need to throw your life into any less value than mine...before when you promised to protect me and die for me...I don't want you to do that....you're life is just as valuable as mine, I love you Tsukaia and I don't want to loose you....if anything I will protect you" Sasuno'o walked up to her hugging her and kissing her neck. He looked at her lovingly "Promise me you wont throw your life away for me....especially not once we have our child...someone needs to raise him and I can't do that....not alone" he told her.

Tsukaia listened, raptured to his words. "I think I love you even more," she said. "More and more with each day. I am no longer hesitant and naive with love. You've taught me so many things."

Her hands fluttered through his hair as she sealed her lips with his. Breaking away, she hugged him tightly. "You have no idea how much that meant to me."

"I do know Tsukaia....I feel the same as you....Tsukaia..I know you'll hate when I say this...but I love you more than life itself" he told her kissing her "I would gladly die for you and give up my dreams...for you"

Tsukaia was touched by his words. "As do I," she said, planting a light kiss on his lips. She swam over to wear her clothes were and put them on. Climbing out of the water, she raised her temperature until the clothes stiffened, clean and fresh. All the while she thought about what her husband told her, mind clouding with overwhelming elation and love.

"Nice bath," she commented. She slid her feet into the hot water, wetting them luxuriously. "I think I like this place."

"I'm glad my love" he told her kissing her again "Because I was thinking of building a vacation house here"

Tsukaia blinked, surprised. "Really?" She walked around, over to him. "Here? I would love that! When would you be able to finish it?"

"I'll get started as soon as we return" he told her hugging her "I should only take a few months....it would've been a week but I want a second palace"

Tsukaia gave a wry smile. "You spoil yourself too much," she said. "No wonder you have such good taste."

She wrapped her arms around the back of his neck. "Hurry up and get clean. I'm looking forward to some rest tonight."
