Avatar: The Last Airbender RPG

420 years after the fall of Ozai, decades of tranquility have brought about an era where peace is no longer only a mere philosophical abstraction. However beyond the grasp of the Four Nations, a long lost legacy resurfaces.

The Eternal rock, The iron will bull Zoa Zuno tugged at his formal wear, the fabric was nice and smooth and of top quality but he preferred the street clothing so maybe it was the formals that was getting to him. Pushing that aside he knew that he had an important part to play, things were going to get a little heated today and he could feel it, the pulsing spiritual energy that surround the palace. In the air there seem to be a weight to it as if the spirit that inhabited this nation had substance and were trying to push him down. His strides were long and powerful he had the same feeling that he felt when he first made his speech as king. He took calming breaths and his hazel eyes shined with a different emotion than normal, instead of the warm, fiery passion it was replace with a cool calmness and serenity. His feet made no sound as he passed down the hall, his escort of spirit king guardians taking him to the grand chamber were this mighty meeting of royalty would commence. As they neared the large doors, he could tell from the polished silver dragons and large black almost glass like doors that were glossed over as if they were mirrors meant to look into the souls of those that approached them. His green formal wear was a stark contrast with the dark silver and black but he knew that it was good day. The escorts took their positions at the door, as he pushed in with his mighty frame, the large doors slightly swung open to reveal the grand chamber meeting room.

Whistling, Zoa walked in, the large chamber had black color walls with different murals of spiritual animals in white, the room had a white hue somewhat light cyan colored hue from the hanging glowing rock chandelier. The rocks were cut to look like diamonds and the ends of the rocks had other rocks attached that were in the shape of tears. The chandelier was glossy and smooth. The discussion area was a large round table with seven seats each the color of the kingdom that would come to speak today, also the were seven paths to the center and an opening in the center so the speaker could be heard and return to their seat. Circling around this round table were many chairs the color of dark blue that were in a circle like formation that would house a meeting of some kind but today he knew that the only ones in the meeting room this day were going to be seven great majesties. High above the table was a balcony area which had oriental bars made of some dark color metal unlike what he had seen. Taking a seat in his respectful chair, he sat down waiting for the other majesties. Adjusting his hat on to his sandy brown head, he wiped the dust off his clothing before resting his elbow on the armrest of his chair and putting his head in his hand.Inside of his formal wear Paishon was sleeping, waiting to come out, as Zoa sat down Paishon awoke and climbed out of the outfit and on to his normal spot. Scratching his old friend behind the ears he spoke softly, "Today's the day old friend and I fear that i'm not ready for this responsibility but I must do what is right for my people."

Earth King Onao received the letter weeks before the summit started and the only few details were given about the significance. He spoke with his advisers on the subject and ended up coming to the conclusion it must be for trivial problems, but Onao thought differently. If it was a small problem then they would send ambassadors to settle things out and return in a week or so. Seven Nations Summits were only called for much bigger reasons and Onao was glad to be a part of it. The man in his mid-twenties was forced to come out of his thoughts as soon as the covered cart he was on made it to the Spirit Palace. A guard helped him out and then a foot with a sandal appeared, and then another, and then the entire king appeared. He was decked out in Earth Kingdom attire and the normal robes when traveling.

To show his love of his nation and place of power his robes were green, yellow, and more green. He was wearing a traditional green zhiju with designs all over depicting symbols of his nation and the earth itself. A yellow sash went across his waist to keep it in place and over his shoulders was a green cape with gold hooks to keep it place. The earth king looked as if he was hovering over the ground to the palace as two of his most trusted guards stood beside him. His light green eyes looked up at the Spirit’s king castle it was not as welcoming as he wished, but it was still had some type of grandeur about it. A smile crept on the king’s face as he walked up the steps and his guards opened the doors for him. He was greeted by an escort who bowed in respect and Onao said, “Guards you can wait here or outside the door. You are not allowed to enter the meeting chambers.” They both bowed and obeyed the orders of their king.

The escort led the Earth King to the chambers and the entire way he was making sure everything was all right. He fiddled with the green crown on his head and stopped to look around at the decorations. It was all beautiful in an odd way, but it did not match Onao’s taste. The escort led the king to a door, bowed and then quickly walked away. Onao opened the door and only saw one fellow royal sitting at the table; he figured it was the Elemental King because he was sitting in that spot. Onao bowed ever so slightly and walked over to his correct seat and sat down. As soon as he sat he looked up and surveyed the ceiling. He has read so much about this place and this room, so much history has happened here. There were depictions of many different spirit animals from an animal as wise as the owl to as large and strong as a dragon. He grinned and then realized where he was, he felt uneasy about being here. A feeling deep within him made him realize that they were here for no minor reason, they were going to change the world and he was going to be a part of it. A mix of emotions swirled inside him, and he felt a little bit nervous but was unable to overcome that because he was here for his nation and people.

Owlan listened to the sound of one hundred armoured feet hit the ground in unison. Thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump. He lay reclined his his Palankin surrounded by his guards. Naina, Erolass (who finally decided to show up to meet with his family), and Eldunar all were in Palakins behind his. The soldiers at the foremost row of soldiers bore the flags or the Fire Nation. A red background, edged with gold lining, and orange and gold flames in the centre. It always made Owlan proud to see his Nation's flag fly so bravely over the landscape; Owlan was a big nationalist and patriot. Owlan gazed through the one way curtains as he scanned the beautiful landscape of the Shadow Lands, and the beautiful gothic look of the villages and buildings. His great-great-great-uncle Raiden was the Spirit King, but Owlan knew that today of all days that that connection meant nothing. It was the 7 Nation Summit. And as Spirit King, Raiden needed to be the impartial moderator of the meeting.

Owlan heard the dragons fly over head. They were going to frolic in the Rotunda's grounds with Raiden's dragons. He couldn't help but wonder when they'd arrive at the summit, he was eager to hear what it was Fa Kudo and the Elemental King had to say. He was also willing to meet all of his allies in person for the first time in a long time. Finally, Owlan heard the blaring of the horns, and announcement of his name and titles, and he filled with excitement. The soldiers stopped marching, and parted to allow for Owlan and his siblings to go towards the palace. Owlan stepped out into the sunlight. His red and gold robes, with his leather sash and his long, flowing, crimson cape shone in the sunlight like blood. His many rings with their various jewels glittered in the sunlight. His flaming crown of gold which stuck into his fishbone hairstyle reflected the light of the sun; as did his silver hair.

Naina stepped out of her carriage, her long red dress with her leather bodess wrapped tight across her body. She was regal, tall, and dignified. Next came Eldunar, lordly, strong, and perpetually frowning. His white hair hanging down in long, straight lengths. His blue eyes scrutinizing the scenery. His hands were together, and covered by the two sleeves of his robes which now appeared seamless. Finally, Erolass stepped from his Palakin, his cat in his hands, and an uncomfortable look on his usually happy face. His long brown hair seemed muted against Owlan's silver and Eldunar's white, but matched Naina's black perfectly.

Owlan walked towards the gates and motioned for his guards to wait outside of the palace for him and to set up camp. As he and his siblings silently walked into the palace--specifically the west wing; the meeting room--Owlan bowed to Naina and his siblings as they parted off towards the balconies. "Why can't we go along with him?" hissed Eldunar in a whisper. "Because we are not the king of the nation," said Naina simply. "But I am the oldest!" raged Eldunar, "I played just a big a part in the fall of the traitor Regent Lord as he did!" Naina hissed a "Shh!!" to him as they approached the stairs. "What do you think Erolass? Shouldn't I be allowed to talk?" he asked his brother quietly. Erolass shrugged, "I've been ignored for 21 years, why bother asking me questions now?" he asked as he picked up his pace and walked beside Naina.

That was the last of the conversation Owlan could hear before he entered the great hall through one of the 8 stone doors. His was that emblazoned with the Fire Nation symbol. It lead directly to his red stone chair decorated in the same manner, draped in red cloth. It sat around a circular stone table. Owlan sat at his spot, and nodded a smile towards Onao and the Zoa, "Hello, fellow Royals," he said, "I am most honoured that you would have me here." Owlan then turned to Onao, "Also old friend, remind me to invite you over the palace sometime soon," he said, "I have new artefacts that you would loooove to see I'm sure."

| King Anuktiluk |
Spoiler:

The journey to the Shadow Lands was unhindered and steadfast, glazed with pleasant breezes and plenty of preparation. Anuk had procured his finest robes from the imperial finery. Castiel had helped him dress, all the while singing encouragements and babbling on in excitement. Cassian was more tolerable; he hung back and did not speak, but wordlessly gave aid and protection. It would Anuk's first summit. Summits were not common. In all of Anuk's years of ruling, this would be his first.

He and his sons had their speculations on what it was about. A peace treaty? New trades and routes? An unseen dilemma? Whatever it was, it had to be major enough to call all kings out of their beds to address the issue. With no small amount of dread, the king busied himself with reviewing the country's finances and overall well-being. He'd had plenty of time to prepare. With both his son's and his adviser's ideas in mind, he set off to the Shadow Lands with his family.

Anuktiluk stepped through the threshold. His robes, startling white with hints of blue and silver trimming and decoration, billowed around him. The silk interwove with the majestic cotton and velvet. Together, they were as smooth and as soft to touch as feathers. Long, silver earrings chimed as he walked. His hair had been neatly combed and fixed with a large, blue-and-white pin. He held a certain amount of concern and pride when it came to his appearance. Roman's visage told no secrets, but represented all the Northern Water Tribes grace and elegance.

Only when Anuk took his place at the table did he address the other kings. Three had made it prior to him, King Zoa Zuno of the Elemental Nation, Earth King Onao, and Fire Lord Owlan. He nodded to each of them respectively, and then folded his hands in front of him. "Hello to you all," he greeted tonelessly. "I hope everyone has been faring very well with their Nations."

The Elemental King, Zoa, tall and seeming to be somewhat out of place in his regal wear. Anuk was very aware that the man preferred street clothes, an uncommon practice for kings. He seemed not to let it bother him, and possessed an air very appropriate for a king.

King Onao, personally a well-reputable king, seemed glad to be there. He was hard to read regardless, and so Anuk was not particularly sure nor was he very concerned about it. There were more pressing matters. Although, Onao's disposition certainly dispelled some of the nagging dread he felt.

Finally, Fire Lord Owlan was casual with the meeting and very much relaxed. While Anuk sat straight-backed and blank-faced, the other king held an almost friendly atmosphere and was very much approachable. Anuk sat still, continuing to drink in his surroundings, as he waited for the other kings.

Kael sat cross-legged on the bench in his carriage as it rolled across the Shadow Lands. Everything about the land was depressing and it made him feel a bit hopeless inside. Across him sat his beautiful twin sister, Kaida. She was resting her head under her hand, which her elbow on the edge of the carriage window, and she was staring out into the land of the Spirit King. She had dressed very nicely for the occasion, not that she didn't dress nicely everyday, but for once she had abandoned all of her knives and swords and little trinkets that usually hung from her sash. In fact, she was wearing an elegant, long, fur lined robe. It was a rich lavender color, lined with white seal fur and a dark blue sash across her waist. Her hair was down, as usual, and she turned her head to glare at Kael. "Would you stop staring at me like that?" she snapped. Kael laughed softly. "Sorry, I'm just so proud of you for going all out to come with me. I only wish dear Roslyn had come as well...." He folded his delicate hands into his lap as Kaida responded curtly, "She's growing up. Not all of us can be bothered to follow you around."

Both of them knew this wasn't true. The summit meeting as perhaps the most important thing that had happened during their lifetimes. Kael, at least, knew that they were only called for extremely important events. He was excited, although one would only be able to tell by the slight twitching of his fingers. Otherwise, his face remained perfectly smooth and calm, blessed with a sweet smile that always lingered on his lips. Kaida, on the other hand, was always frowning, her green eyes set on her bad mood. Her nervousness showed in her eyes, in her facial features, the way she knitted her eyebrows together and constantly crossed and uncrossed her legs. "You won't be with me, you know," Kael said softly. She glared at him. "I know," she snarled. "Stay close to Castiel and Cassian, alright?" Kael added. "You don't do well around people, but at least you know them." Kaida bit her tongue, however much she wanted to make a biting remark to her brother, she knew he was right. "And don't worry about me," Kael continued, reading his sister's thoughts. "I know I've only been king for a year, and I'm the youngest of kings by numerous years. But I'll be fine. The Southern Tribe has fully recovered from the economic downfall and everything has been peaceful." Kaida didn't say anything and returned her gaze outside the window.

"We are here, your Majesty." The man who had been pulling the carriage opened the door, allowing Kaida to step out and stretch and yawn loudly before her much more regal brother followed. "Thank you," he said to the carriage driver, straightening his robes. He wore a robe of ocean blue, complimented by a lavender sash across his waist and chest, and lined with white seal fur. "Shall we?" Kael and Kaida walked across the path to the Spirit King's Palace. It was beautiful in a way, gothic and elegant. It was more Kaida's taste than Kael's. Upon entering the palace, the twins split. "Stay with Cassian," Kael repeated as his sister turned right and he continued straight. She snorted and disappeared from sight. Kael couldn't help but smile, and he folded his hands into his sleeves and let his long white hair hang loose and frame his thin frame.

There were only four kings in the room when Kael entered. He picked out the Earth King by his green robes, and the Fire Lord in the same way. He took a seat next to a familiar face, King Anuk. He assumed the other man in the room was the Elemental King, and he smiled faintly at them all. Kael was well aware of the age difference between him and all the others. They were all in their 20s and 30s and had been king for awhile, while Kael was the tender age of 16 and had been forced suddenly into his position as king. Still, he effortlessly emitted an aura of regal power and calmness. "Hello," he said softly, but not shyly, to the company of kings around him.

Aura Aaron & Saskia Aaron

The wind whipped past Aura’s ebony hair, she preferred to fly into the meeting than bring guards that will just sit around for hours. Her eyes were slightly shielded from the whipping and unforgiving wind. The clouds seemed to be light in the air, and soon became faint wisps. Slowly ever so slowly the sky was free of the clouds. And it was just Abuto, Aura’s dragon, and Aura gliding to the Spirit King’s palace.

Saskia Aaron flew next to her mother Aura in the same flight pattern, gliding just to the side of her. Celia, Saskia’s dragon, exhaled a long roar, and reluctantly kept flying. The distance from the Air Temples to the Spirit King’s Palace was not an easy ride, with many days to even reach the spirit world. It took over a week of stopping and flying and stopping and flying. But, no matter it was well worth the journey.

The palace appeared on the horizon like a gift to the world, which it was. The Spirit King keeping order and all. Soon flying closer, the energy surged in the air, but everyone’s bending abilities left, because everyone because of being in a spirit world. Aura flew down carefully on a nearby promontory. She carefully glided past the Fire Nation soldiers proudly presenting their banner. A few other dragons flew about without riders enjoying the free skies. Abuto landed with ease on the promontory, he lowered his neck and Aura slid off. Saskia followed her mother letting Celia on the promontory nearest Abuto. Both dragons looked at their riders and took again then took to the skies enjoying the open air.

Aura Aaron brushed off her silk silver cloak. A wind symbol clasp kept the cloak from falling off Aura’s shoulders. Underneath her cloak was her royal attire she rarely ever wore. Her robes were pure white streching down just four inches below her knee, with lace up silver sandals, and a golden amulet to add something to her neck. It was nothing special, but she was ‘required’ to wear it at formal occasions. Aura never wore this formal attire, and usually thought being in a casual would lighten the mood.

Saskia wore the same cloak, but her robes were silver silk that flowed to the same length's as her mother, pure white lace-up sandals. A lone silver heart dangled on a pure silver chain, it was hidden underneath Saskia's robes, but she kept it close. During the trip she held onto a white lily, as it often brought her good luck, because she knew that this meeting would not end on a happy note.

Entering the Palace the tenants of the Spirit King insisted to take the cloaks, and Saskia did not want to make more trouble so she gingerly gave the tenant her cloak. Aura did the same and Aura left for the main room while Saskia was lead to the over lying balcony to watch the predicted heated debate. Aura entered the room and walked quickly to her seat with the Air Temple emblem on her and overlapped with white cloth, it was laced with silver thread and felt cool as air, which gave some comfort to the jittery Queen. Aura was not the shy type, but she did not have as much experience being a leader as others in this room. She decided to herself just saying a formal hello would do the trick.

“Hello, fellow kings.” Aura said this, realizing she was the only queen sitting at the main meeting table, and this made her feet slightly tap on the ground, making her jitters not subside. Her face kept calm and her face telling she was confident, but she did not know how long this facade could hold up.

The servant calmly withdrew the curtain, and the morning sun's shining light was now placed upon Lucius. His eye's twitched slightly, but the old man silently rose soon after. In a depressing sigh, the old man was now fully awake from his peaceful slumber. Without a word, the servant bowed respectfully, and left the room. A few short moments later, a handful of servants now appeared in the man's room. After a couple of "hasteful" minutes, the old king shimmered in the room. Magnificent yet elegant robes draped the aged monarch, however they did not hinder his movements. Eloquent golden designs snaked along the brimming white base. The length of the robes was cut short, a to allow movement and casualness while keeping a sense of regalness in mind. The poor individual's bald spot remained exposed, and the man frowned at first at this sight, yet he remained unaffected soon after. Having been fully clothed and groomed, the Light King began to stride out of his quarters.

In a similar, unified, and organized fashion, Luciord was awakened in the same manner. The battled man was quick to rise, and quick to dress. Luciord preferred armor over robes, but he decided to wear a lightened arsenal. The same golden design decorated the shimmering white armor. The man was full of energy, courage, bravery, and especially full of impatience. Much quicker to enter the hallway than his father, the Light Prince was soon greeted by his elderly father. However, both had the same question on their minds. Where was Lucien?

(FLASHBACK) Lucien arose at early sunrise. The young man was full of curiosity, yet sometimes he became rebellious due to this. He quickly dressed and groomed himself in much "simpler" clothing than his elders, but the same golden design was etched across the white surface. With great speed and agility, the light footed man soon reached the royal stables. After procuring his mount, the young individual set out for the Spirit King's Palace with great haste.

Luciord and his father toiled with the moment briefly, but both came to the conclusion that the young man had left ahead of schedule. Luciord showed great agitation at this, as his face scrunched up, and his nose twitched. Yet the older man merely sighed, and left for the carriage. Following in suit, a handful of Fire Nation Guards escorted the duo to the carriage. Their armor was shining in the sun, with red patterns clearly showing. Yet each one had the Light Kingdom Insignia placed on their right shoulders. Lucius and Luciord both agreed that their wives (yet to be identified) would follow in a separate carriage. The old man cautiously approached the carriage, before slowly entering. His bones ached and cracked as he settled himself into the vehicle. Being the oldest reigning monarch of the Light Kingdom, Lucius both felt proud and worried. His age was quickly taking its toll, and the old man was growing more weary by the day. Luciord had little trouble entering, and two guards did the same. Without need for words or orders, the two carriages were now off to the Spirit King's Palace.

Lucius sighed once more as his old eyes viewed the changing landscape. He began to ponder to himself. Not only was he the longest and oldest reigning monarch in the Light Kingdom's history, but he was currently the oldest monarch of the 7 nations. He worried about the change in monarchs sine the last summit. He worried of his ever growing age. He worried of his nation's rebellions. However, the most depressing of these worries was the summit itself. What was the purpose of this meeting? Lucius's old age did not help the situation, but there was one advantage that he did not lose with time. His effectiveness both as a ruler and as a politician. With renewed vigor, Lucius briefly let go of his worries for the time being. Luciord was still agitated from his son's disobedience. His anger did not subside until the carriage abruptly stopped. They had reached the Spirit King's Palace.

After nodding to eachother, father and son slit apart, Luciord marched upwards towards the balcony, where his wife and mother were situated. His anger began to return when his son was not present. Lucius took a deep breath, the air had not changed since his last visit, but he felt out of place. The other rulers were far younger, and he felt ashamed to represent his nation in such a way. With hesitation, the old king slowly walked into the room. He was completely silent, and spoke not a word to anyone He quickly found his seat, and calmly sat down. He began to stare at the floor, waiting for the last monarch to arrive.....

This whole thing stank no matter how one looked at it.

Arashi's body felt rather light as he entered the spirit world, he no longer felt the burden of carrying Light and Darkness within him...In a physical manner anyway. The light that surrounded him from the bright sun no longer bended to his will, nor did the darkness of his shadow twist and turn, ready and waiting to pounce.

Arashi was not acompanied any servants, nor followers. he simply walked, on his steel toe boots through the large and open courtyard that lead to the front door. He was the last to arrive from the looks of it, many guards and servants of different colored garments all stood in there little groups in different parts of the outside of the front entrance.

The Dark Lord saw all of the upper class clothes and simply didn't care much the dress code. The Dark Lord who should have been wearing the traditonal Dark Lord robes and being acompanied by many servants and guards while being carried in a cart was instead wearing his traveler clothes that he always wore. He had no servants around him and he came on foot.

Yet he was not alone, 6 elite fire nations soliders were all hidden around the courtyard, ready to defend the Dark Lord at any moment. The Spider Threads that were Arashi's signature weapon were in two wire spools that were withing two pouchs on the back of his waist.

The Dark Lord walked through the crowd of different soldiers and walked up the steps to the front entrance. The place was dark and made Arashi look like he was wearing camafloge. He fixed the positon of his hat and walked up to the guards at the front, he moved some hair from his face and let his golden eyes stare into one of the guards brown eyes.

Arashi was known for his eyes that were a bright gold, anyone could reconize him with those alone.

Yet when he took a couple steps farther he was stopped .

"Please remove any weapons you are carring, we'll keep them with us when you return" The guard told the Dark lord

Arashi stopped in his tracks and looked down at the guard who was just a few inchs shorter then he was. A small smile cracked through Arashi's cheeks, so he was to be defenseless for this meeting? Truly this meeting must have been important. Yet there we no complaints from the Lord of Darkness.

"Very well" Arashi replied

He used both his hands to unstrap the pounchs that carried the Wire spools within. He placed them both with the guards palms and let him walk off with Arashi's main weapon.

While he didn't have the Wire's, Arashi was aware they did not notice his steel toe boots which provided a deadly kick, nor did they know of Alduin. Regardless though he was okay with giving up his weapons for the time being.

The more Arashi thought about this whole ordeal though, the more he worried about it all. Some dude found a piece of land and wants to hold a meeting for all the Kings and Lords over something as simple as finding an unmarked land?

This wasn't much different from a child running to mommy and daddy and going "Hey! Mommy, Daddy look what I found!!"

"Come with me sir, the meeting has almost started" The guard told Arashi, breaking his train of thought.

With a nod Arashi followed the guard. It took some time but as Arashi got closer he tried not to assume the worst as he often does. Meetings like this always put him on edge, there's a lot of people out there that would love to get all royalty in one room and place a bomb right in the center. With no bending power and no weapons as well? It was any terrorists dream. Not to mention the policy of having no guards within the meeting room as well.

After walking down the long hall way, the guard opened the door for Arashi, he saw the faces of all the other Lords. The Dark Lord's back straighten and he inhaled deeply at seeing them all, he felt a little out of place. Arashi was never one for royalty, yet he was one of highest forms of it. These didn't feel like his people, nor did he feel at home when speaking to higest chain of command, even though he was a part of that chain.

"Took some time but looks I made in time" Arashi said to the group as a whole, hiding his akward feelings almost perfectly.

Arashi looked to where his chair was amoung the round table, a small frown appered on his face as he saw the chair was dark and almost black. Amoung all the rich colored people here, Arashi was most likly going to be a ghost with his black clothes aside from his green hair.

Regardless he walked to the chair and sat down, waiting for the meeting to start.

"So is there anyone else or can we begin?" He asked as politly as he could, remaining calm and collected within this see of alpha sharks.

Raiden sighed and looked in the mirror. He wore his best, red and black robes with the insignia of two wings crossed over a blue flame across his back. That was the insignia of the Spirit World and the Shadow Nation. Today was the 7 Nation Summit, not the first that Raiden had to mediate, and as such, he was tired of them already. The monarchs spent most of their time arguing with each other, and more than once it took them weeks to reconcile their differences before the meetings would continue. What was worse was that he knew Claudia, nor the rest of his family, would be there to cheer him on during the meeting. Most of them were dead, and his only remaining king, Claudia, he had not seen in 7 years since he sent her away to help in the Fire Nation with his cousin Owlan.

Last he heard she fought in some war, and then ran away to join some organization. Raiden sighed, "At least Owlan will be here," he said, "He can usually cheer me up." Raiden walked from his room and towards the West Wing where the meeting hall was. He walked through some oak doors and ended up in a raised stone area with a stone seat and a stone balustrade. This whole platform stood at the head of the meeting table--a wooden gavel sat on the arm of the chair for him to calm the monarchs if they got rowdy. Raiden sat down on the stone chair and scanned the room, all of the monarchs were here, and their families in the balconies. Fa Kudo sat next to the Elemental King, and if Raiden remembered correctly, he was the reason they were meeting and therefore would speak first.

Raiden heared the Dark Lord speak, and he responded to his question, "We are all here," he said, "Therefore I shall start this meeting. All rise please. Welcome friends, to the 48th 7 Nation Summit. I welcome you, Elemental King Zoa Zuno, Earth King Onao Peng, Fire Lord Owlan the Lionheart, Northern Water King Anuktiluk Leihing, Southern Water King Kael Mist, Air Queen Aura Aaron, Light King Lucius Illumiate, and Dark Lord Arashi Barnet. And of course, you, Fa Kudo, Explorer and Inventor Extroidenaire. You may now sit."

"We are gathered here today to discuss the discovery of a New Continent in which we must decide how to respond to this. The options so far are to establish contact and try to make a peace treaty with them, perhaps a trading route. The second is to try and conquer those lands for our own. Any other options may be brought up as we go along and if we are in need of breaks or recesses you may bring them up with me during your turn to speak. Are you all ready to begin?" Raiden waited for everyone to nod in agreement, and then he continued, "Fa," he said reclining in his seat, "The floor is yours. You may begin your explanation of what you found. Take as much time as you need."

Fa had arrived a day before the summit on his airship to drop off the specimens, items, and other keepsakes he got from the New World. He watched nervously as the guards unloaded the items making sure none of them dropped anything, because he could not just go on over to the New World and get all them again. Some of the items he acquired by harsher ways than he would have liked, but he had to get them no blood was shed, but there was some violence. Once he finished seeing all the items were safely put in a room close to the room where the summit would be held Fa spent some time speaking with the Spirit King. Fa informed the king on what he had found and even had showed him some of the items he brought with him. He decided to inform the king because Fa was staying at his palace and he was probably wondering what Fa was bringing in. After that he took a short tour of the palace and ate at the table with the king and other guests. Once that was over he went to bed anxious and nervous.

Fa had woken up very early the morning of the summit and instead of going over his speech or checking off items on his list he decided to wonder around the palace. The architecture reminded him of the castles he saw in the New World. They were made of a stone, most of them grey, and had high walls and towers. Fa was able to get some sketches of the castles, but they were in his room on the airship. They were also very rough sketches he had planned to make them neater for the summit, but he had no time. Fa was wearing a charcoal grey vest and matching pants, he was wearing a long sleeve white shirt, but the sleeves were pulled up because it was hot in the palace. His wear was not going to be as formal as the monarchs in the summit, but it would have to do. Around his neck he wore a golden amulet with a purple gem in the center, this was known in the New World to manifest the magician’s powers, but on Fa it was only used to add color and for decoration.

Fa continued his own tour of the palace looking in the many different rooms and then he found himself in a cloistered garden. He sat down on a bench and pulled out his leather bound journal and opened it. He looked down at the speech which had some sections crossed out and words rewritten it was not some life changing speech, but it would have to do. He read it over and over until it was time for the summit to begin. His attention moved to the threshold of the garden where someone in his group stood. The elderly earthbender said, “The royalties are starting to arrive and the Spirit King has asked for you to join him in the meeting room.” Fa nodded and stood up putting the journal in his pocket and then walked out the garden and to the meeting room. He gulped and started to entwine his hands starting to feel tense and uneasy he approached the doors and walked in. A few eyes fell on him and he gave them all a weak smile and then ran to his seat next to the empty seat where the Spirit King would be.

His eyes fell on the Spirit King as he made his way into the room and to his seat. He had some sort of glow about him that he was proud of who he was and what was taking place. Fa listened intently to what the Spirit King said and before he knew it he was already sitting motioning Fa to stand up and start. He gave the Spirit King a light nod and then stood up looking at all the leaders. They were all dressed appropriately, except for one, and all staring blankly at him. He said trying to mask his nervousness, “Greetings my good leaders, I am Fa Kudo head inventor and explorer in the court of the Elemental King, King Zoa Zuno.” At that he bowed towards King Zuno and continued his introduction, “I requested this summit for one reason and one reason only. With the funds from my most gracious king I had the ability to build a fabulous airship which was used to take me a great distance. It took me to a foreign place where our ships have never dared to travel. The airship took me over the long blue sea to a New World filled with mystery and magic.” He scanned all the faces quickly and continued, “You all heard me correctly, and I have documentation and specimens from that foreign place.”

At that exact moment servants came in carrying those items, they were: ornate jewelry, large books, preserved plants and small animals, clothes, statues, sketches of the natives, writing utensils, precious artifacts, and much more all offering a view to the New World. Fa watched as the items were placed in the front of the room so the leaders can see them. Fa said, “I bring you items from the new world or Ullondor (ooh-lon-dor) as the natives call it. These items were gathered from the five different areas or factions and each one offers an insight to their customs and cultures.” He motioned to the items and said, “I can explain all of them all to you, but I will be releasing detailed scrolls about my findings with sketches and uses of the items.” He lowered his hand and looked back at the monarchs to see if they were interesting. Some of them looked well bored so he decided to make them all pay attention. Fa decided he would have to show them how they work.

Fa said loudly, “They do not bend elements like we do, they use something else. They are able to summon a power deep within themselves and conjure it by words called spells or chants. Since I cannot do this I might as well show you.” He looked at a servant and nodded. The man left and after a few minutes came back with an elderly man in long flowing robes. He had a bald shinny head, but a long snow white beard. A wrinkled smile was visible on his face and he bowed to everyone, which Fa taught him to do, “Hello it is a pleasure to meet all of you. I come from Ullondor a land far away from yours. I am an ambassador from the Meach (mee-ch) faction. I was asked to come to visit your land and meet with your leaders because you all left an ambassador in my land.” He gave them all another smile and then said, “I was asked by Fa to perform a few spells for you. I promise I will not harm you, but some may be dangerous.” Fa sat back down to watch the show and the elderly magician stood in the front of the room.

Fa watched as the old man whispered under his breath and held out both his hands. There was a flash of light and then large purple colored spheres appeared in his opened palms. The man muttered again and the spheres formed into a winged horse and moved about the room going through the table, floor, and then appeared next to the man. It neighed he patted it and in an instant it vanished, Fa clapped excitedly and the man bowed again. Fa continued to watch as the man rummaged through the items he took from the New World and placed a book on the table in front of the Fire Lord. The man muttered and the book started to transform into a beautiful multi-colored bird. “Go on pet it,” the magician said and then watched as the monarchs petting the bird. Once they were finished he called the bird and once it touched his hand it changed back to the book he then put it away.

Fa clapped again and the magician bowed and then left. “As you can all see they offer a talent we do not have,” Fa said standing up. “This can be used against us or can be used to help us. I am basically telling you all to be wise in your decision. I am just the explorer; I found the land but cannot do anything with it. I can only remind you there are people there who can offer us their culture and we can in return give them ours. I just hope your decisions mess this up, whatever they maybe I know they will be wise.” He continued his speech on the New World telling them about more customs and major details about their leaders. He told them that there were five lords and five factions and each lord has cities and towns that they govern. He finished and gave them all a slight bow and then sat down on his feet. He quickly scanned their faces hoping to see some form of emotion.
