Kouzumi was shot by the ball of flame, and roared with pain as it burnt through his robes. He was sent flying back, and as he went back, he felt one of the blades from the trap slice at his side, and even clipping his left wing a bit. There goes flying. He was now stuck on the group, bleeding heavily, but this match was very far from over. Kouzumi stood, gathered his thoughts and remained calm, and then, focusing his power, prepared another Spirit Blast. A Soul Charge, he liked to call it. Gathering it in his palm, Kouzumi raised his hand, and looked at his opponent. Smiling, he the shot the massive ray of energy right at Alyssandra, aiming for her heart.

Alyssandra felt the spirit blast hit her in the chest, right where her heart was. If she didn't raise the partial fire shield it would've gone right through and killed her. Instead it only gashed her chest, and left a deep wound, covering her chest and bodice in blood, but it mattered not, she was alive. Hurt badly, but alive. Smiling, Alyssandra looked at her opponent, playing dirty by trying to kill her...against the rules but, that didn't matter. Alyssandra preferred it that way. Her father once said that "rarely would you find an honourable opponent, so never play fair, because you cannot bet that your opponent will as well. Everyone wants to live, and so death is not an option. Always fight like your life is one the line." Alyssandra charged at Kouzumi, she was going to his gut again, with her flaming fist, hoping to burrow right through it.
