1st Tenkaichi Bending-Kai Heavyweight Quarter Final Round - Third Match: Sara1021 (Ningendo) Vs. Kouzumi Burezofuji [Fusion of Kouzai and Tsumi Ezofuji-no-Buredo]

“Hello folks, and welcome to the first annual Tenkaichi Bending-Kai Heavyweight Quarter Finals!  We are about to begin our Third Match!” The announcer said into his microphone, the noise blasting over the roaring crowd. The battle would take place in a long, rectangular Imperial Arena.  Sand covered the floor, and though rectangular, it had rounded edges.  Stands stretched around the outside, and backed into the stands where the private boxes were was the Imperial Palace and the Emperor's Box, as well as mansions and palaces belonging to important nobles who also had their own private boxes attached to their homes.  

The entire place was of made of sandstone and marble and was fabulously decorated. A massive golden brazier stood above the Emperor's Box, being attended to by two Tengu.  It was on fire, and the fire was said to never go out.  It was white fire too.   In the arena there were several pools of water around the edges. Many tricks and traps were riddled everywhere through this arena, to be activated by Mr. Showbiz's will.

“Today, we'll be witnessing the fierce battle between Ka-...uh, Kahnei...Kamehameha??  Er, Ziio Aurushi! And Kouzumi Burezofuji, a fusion of the Ezofuji-no-Buredo brothers, Tsumi and Kouzai. The gates will open on my mark. With the combatants set, and the battlefield ready for them, let's give them a warm welcome!  Now before we begin, let's remind our fighters that they'll each have 500HP and will roll a random number of 75 instead of 20 for the Heavyweight Matches.  Attack and Defence stay the same, at 10.  Without further ado...”





 

Ziio stepped forward, still silent as always, never speaking a word. It was not her nature to speak. She hadn't spoken in a long time, she wondered what her voice even sounded like now. She didn't need to speak to her wolves, they understood her, and she definitely didn't need to speak while hunting or while selling things at market, and Ziio hated the people in her village so she never spoke to them. Ziio's mind then returned to the fight. She was going to strike first. This Kouzumi wasn't human she had heard, and was extremely strong. She wasn't going to allow him time to rest. She ran forward, bringing two balls of water towards her. They covered her hands, and soon froze to ice. Ziio stopped and shot the chunks of ice forward, forming them as they left her fingers. Two life-size wolves, with eyes glowing white as the ice that made them up,
their frozen fangs barred. The Wolf Fang Fist, Ziio's most well known technique.

Tsumi and Kouzai Ezofuji-No-Buredo strutted out onto the field, ready to bump fists, and fuse. They flashed cocky smirks, moving their hands forward, and- WERE THOSE WOLVES MADE OF ICE?!


Cocky smirks wiped clean off their face, and flat on the ground. Tsumi and Kouzai picked themselves up, and fused right away, glowing for a second, before rushing forward, aiming a punch directly at this formidable foe's face.

Ziio's attack landed but she had little time to enjoy the victory as her opponent came in for a punch to the face. Thank god they still weren't wearing that giant metal hand she saw on that one competitor, that would've hurt more. But either way, Ziio dodged, ducking below the fist. Ziio stuck her hands behind her, and gathered a ball of water on each. Turning the tips into spears, she aimed right for her opponent's chest at the strenum, hoping to get a lung and possibly weaken her opponent to gain an advantage, but with an opponent this strong, she wouldn't be surprised if he blocked. Finally someone that was a challenge, thought Ziio to herself.

Kouzumi blocked, using a fist with spiritual energy and shattered the ice. But it wasn't enough to block the trap that had been activated. As he blocked the icy needles, a wooden post appeared out of the ground and shot needles at both him and his opponent. Kouzumi felt the needles shoot into his body, and he was forced to fly backwards and recover as he pulled them from his body. Kouzumi grimaced, and biting back rage, shot a blast of spiritual energy at his opponent, Zeeoh or whatever she was called, and hoped it would hit her square in the chest. Spirit attacks often did wide range, so Kouzumi wasn't too worried right now, he smiled, hoping he would get the upper hand he needed.
