Twins for a lifetime (Singla, Midnight)

Sahtan smiled at Gozu. She was kind of loopy from all the loss of blood. "Hey I kind of made us stop for this. So I kind of asked for it." She rolled over onto her good shoulder and tried to get some rest. She let out a yawn and closed her eyes. What she needed right now was a rest.

Gozu watched Sahtan and remained silent. but when she rolled over he gently touched her side and rolled her back on her back. "You need to remain on your back. If you go sideways the blood won't go to where it needs to." gozu leaned down and kissed Sahtan's forehead to ease her mind a little. Sitting up, he looked at Demona as tomoe jumped on gozu's lap and took a nap.

Demona giggled, looking at her sister. she was worried though. she figured they were almost there though.

Sahtan moaned in rejection but still turned back onto her back. Then Gozu kissed her forehead while her eyes were still closed. This reminded her of when she was a small child back at home. It hasn't even been a day and she was already hurt. Gabriel hopped up and yawned and stretched on the blanket. Then Gabriel too took a nap on Gozu.

Gozu smiled at the two little ones, petting the two fox's behind the ears as they went past a check point showing that they were not far from Vermilion. which made Gozu happy. He ran his hand over Sahtan's hair and knew she was a stubborn one. Looking up at Demona.

Demona controled the horses as best she could. but she was worried about her sister. more than anything she hoped that the wounds healed alright.

Sahtans eyes opened slowly as they approached the checkpoint. "Hey Demo? I'm sorry I lost your necklace." She reached over and stroked Gabriel's fur as he looked around to see who was touching him. The black fox got up and started to cuddle at Sahtan's good side.

Gozu looked at Sahtan, biting his lip. He hated seeing this look on a young girl's face. Especially since it was over a neclace her sister made. demona looked at her twin sadly, she was more ticked that her sister got hurt than her necklace. but the necklace was special. she had worked hard to pay for the money to make it.

"Its alright sis. We are almost there. We will get it back." demona told her with a smile.
Gozu touched Sahtan's hand, looking at her. "We will get it back."

Sahtan stared at Gozu with intense eyes. This was the closest she has ever gotten with a person besides her own family. She was so proud of herself that she overcame a bit of her shyness. She looked around the wagon and asked a simple question. "When do we eat?"

Demona bent over the back looking for food. "Demi! watch the road!" Gozu told her. She shrugged as she figured the horse could walk themselves. She went into the bag they brought that had some tuna rice balls that Gozu had made. she smiled handing a couple to her sister.

Gozu took them though as it was a bad idea for Sahtan to sit up with her injuries. "I'll feed it to her." Gozu smirked, giving Sahtan a pretty smile he broke off a piece of the rice ball and placed it near SAhtan's mouth. His face giving her a kind caring smile.

Sahtan opened her mouth and took the chunk of the rice ball. She hasn't eaten anything during the day. She skipped breakfast to go with Demona to the market. She looked up at Gozu "That tasted good." She smiled "Can I get some more" She tried to sit upright so she could eat more.

DEmona could see Vermilion as they went over a hill. Gozu nodded his head but placed a hand on Sahtan's shoulder forcing her to lay down. "No lay down. the more you move the more they will open." He grinned, leaning down he kept giving her more pieces of the food. Demona smirked watching them. She always wanted a big brother and watching the two of them was funny. she wondered if she could make her sister blush though.

"Awe. Sah likes Gozu. Sah and gozu sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-" demona stopped as she was holding her sides laughing. gozu thought it was a funny joke Demona was playing on her sister.
