Ieyasu dodged the worst of the attack, but the heat from the slashed left burns on his side anyway. Dammit. Time to go all out them. Izanagi, angered by his mostly miss--for in the Dai Tengu form, Izanagi could not control his mind and temper, and gave himself over to the flames--had grown his Dai Tengu to the massive form. Izanagi stood 50ft tall, sitting in the jewel on the Tengu's forehead. Time to match this.

Using all the water and ice he could muster, Ieyasu matched Izanagi's Dai Tengu with a 50ft tall version of his own technique. Hidden Technique: Statue of the Great Sage. He had used this technique two years ago to defeat Alyssandra as well as Kimiko. The many arms of ice were used to deal massive damage to the opponent. Ieyasu was drawing on the power of the three tails for this technique. It used a lot of chi. Using all the strength he could muster, Ieyasu aimed three of the six arms to punch Izanagi's Dai Tengu in the chest.

Ieyasu came at him with several punches from the Great Sage Statue. The ice statue was massive, shining in the sun and glittering like a magnificent sapphire jewel. Eight arms, glowing crown. It was massive and big. But it was also ice versus fire; white fire. It was a dangerous gamble for Ieyasu to pit his ice statue against Izanagi's flaming Ultimate Dai Tengu. Then again, Izanagi was taking a big risk too. For every minute he used his Dai Tengu was another day he lost his bending for.

Not to mention, using this technique in the expanded ultimate form usually caused Izanagi to go unconscious. Not mention, Izanagi took a further gamble with the latest Showbiz offer. Great. Things were going to get interesting. Izanagi was already falling behind. Time to catch up. He blocked Ieyasu's punches and used the blade of the Dai Tengu to slice off three of the statue's arms, then aimed a piercing strike to the heart of the statue.

Ieyasu swore to himself as the Tengu sliced off the right arms of the Great Sage statue. Ieyasu was left half defenceless and couldn't stop the attack that came next. Izanagi rammed his sword forward and stabbed his sword through the chest of the Great Statue. The statue shattered, broke to pieces and fell to the ground, Ieyasu with it. Ieyasu cried out as he fell. Just before he hit the ground though, a flaming hand reached out and caught him. Izanagi had saved him from a damaging fall, but not before several chunks of ice had hit Ieyasu on the way down. Izanagi placed Ieyasu on the sandy ground, and Ieyasu collapsed, exhausted. Izanagi dispelled his technique and made it two feet forward before joining his cousin. Izanagi made a gamble, and won. Good on him. The last thing Ieyasu remembered was Showbiz calling the match in Izanagi's favour, as he passed out after Ieyasu did.

The match is officially over!  Time is up!  The winner is Plays With Squirrels and his character, Izanagi Ezofuji-no-Tsukuyomi!  Winning by defeating his opponent completely!  Kouzai will move on to the Final Round of the Lightweight Competition!  Congratulations!
