Izanagi watched with amazement as Alyssandra dodged his attack spectacularly. She used Izanagi's plan and mercy against him. She spurred herself into the water at top speed using her bending, then hid beneath the surface until the flames had dissolved themselves against the pool. Then she used the thick fog created to sneak up on Izanagi and strike him from behind. Izanagi felt the electricity course through his body as it hit his spine. He let out a sharp yelp of pain and could smell the renewed scent of burnt flesh and fabric. He felt pain course through his body, like someone drilling into his back. With a cough, he lay on the ground, on all fours. Every time he tried to move a muscle or limb, something else move, or it didn't move at all. The electricity had coursed through his spine, Izanagi realized, and had messed up the signals coming from his brain. The extra electricity was still inside of him, and would continue to affect him a little while longer, at least as long as it was within him.

Struggling every inch of the way, Izanagi gasped in pain with each movement, and gritted his teeth as he pushed his way through the next few moves. Once he was sure what movements triggered what part of his body, he got on one knee, prepped lighting and fired it into the sky. By using the lightning already in his body in combination with his own, Izanagi was able to expel the excess electricity early, returning his body to normal. Then, standing up, breathing raggedly, Izanagi shouted to the sky, "I concede!" he cried, "I concede this fight to my sister. She has earned her victory, and therefore I concede! For now..." And with that, he looked at his sister, gave a wink, and walked off towards the waiting area he had emerged from, looking to get medical attention, all the while trying not to think of what might happen if they ever fought again in the future.
