Clarissa sturred as the sound seemed to radiate from the door, sending vibrations through the ground and into the bed. She hated waking so early, but got up and turned to the door. "I'm awake." Rose nodded, "yep I'm ready, so where is your house?" she said picking up Ranger and petting him softly on the head.

(Sorry, last word in previous post was supposed to say door... just realized that it didn't go all the way through. Also, sorry for the short post. I'm tired)

Clarissa smiled a bit before looking at Rose. "Well, technically its Omashu, but I'm staying with a family here in town on a school thing." She replied as she beaconed Ranger to walked with her toward the main lobby door. The family that sponsored Clarissa was closer to the center of the town, and she feared they would be worried about her by now.

"alright then clarissa, i guess we better get you back home. or else the family will end up wiping me..." she said giggling a bit, " you don't want that to happen to be do you?"

Clarissa laughed and looked back at her. "No, I guess not." She replied with a smile. "Rose, where are you from? I mean, you know a bunch about me and I don't even know what you look like." Clarissa started walking toward the center of town as she asked the question.

Rose laughed, " i can tell alot about a person just by looking at their faces or into their eyes." she said, "and if you want to know how i look you could ask me."

Clarissa laughed and looked back at her. "No, I'm better in the dark on that kind of stuff. I prefer personality over looks because looks can be deceiving." She said as Ranger started to growl. "What's wrong boy?" Clarissa kneeled down at Ranger's side and tried to soothe him to stop the growling, but he just got louder.

rose unsheathed her weapon as an old man was passing through, " does Ranger bark at ever passing person?" rose asked as the man entered his room.

"Only if they get too close." Clarissa replied as she bent down to Ranger. "It's okay, boy, he's a tenant here." Clarissa started to walk again, Ranger sticking incredibly close to her. "Ranger has issues with other people and doesn't trust anyone except me. He used to bark at all of my bending masters if they tried to attack me in practice."

Rose bent down and petted the fox on the head scratching his head softy, " shall we get going now? or do you want to be hidden fora bit longer?"
