"Yeah, that's basically it. She thinks that all blood benders should learn how to do both. Fully embrace what we are. I let her teach me enough to know how to break out of someone else's attack, or to break the attack on another person. 'Your too kind for this trait. You should just give it up.' She used to tell me as she threw different attacks at me." Kimi said, her smile almost fading. "I have a sneaky feeling that she thought I was coming back to learn the rest when she saw me there."

''will you teach me to break through the control'' bree asked. she didn't like the  thought of someone else controlling what she did.

"I can try to. I can not guarantee that I can fully teach you about it, but I can try." Kimi replied as they came close to the sky bison. "You will have to let me control you in order to show you how to break it though."

(That will be in a totally different topic between them)

(''i know'') bree said. she wasn't looking forward to being controlled but she would rather it be kimi instead of some random bloodbender.

Kimi nodded to Bree before looking up at Tala. "Hey, there girl. Enjoying yourself?" She asked, still remembering her fear of heights but not as bad as the first time they flew. "Are you ready to head out, I'll teach you about blood bending on the way if that if fine. I'd rather a verbal lesson to start with." She said as she looked up at the sky. Feeling the power of the moon, Kimi knew the full moon was still a few days away, but it would come soon.

''sure,'' bree replied, ''the sooner we get to our destination the sooner we find my tarlof.''

"Oh, so he's your Tarlof now, huh?" Kimi teased as she began to climb up to Tala's saddle. She wasn't sure how she would teach Bree without fully locking onto her. "The full moon is a while off, so we have time to go through a few things before I show you anything." Kimi said absent mindedly as she sat down.

bree blushed at kimi's comment. now that she thought about it he was hers. ''why cant we do it now,'' bree asked confusedly, ''why must we wait for the full moon?''

Kimi spun around and looked Bree right in the eyes. "You don't know much about blood bending do you?" She asked, her mind getting a bit bitter. Shaking her head, she closed her eyes with a sigh. "I'm sorry, Blood bending is something that im not proud of. However, you have to have the power of the full moon shining above you to be able to control someone. Without the full moon, a blood bender is just a simple water bender. It's a degrading feeling to others, while for me is thrilling to know I don't have to worry about attacking someone with it or being attacked for a while." Kimi looked up at the setting sun as she spoke.

bree was climbing up tala's saddle when kimi turned on her. she nearly fell off in fright. she threw her chi behind her in panic and recovered with a gust of air. she finished climbing up and sat above talas head, listening to kimi. when she was done she had tala take off slowly. ''i'm sorry,'' she said. ''i really didn't know.''
