"Yep." Kimi smiled as she finished the last of her tea. A waiter came by and picked up their kettle before she stood. "Should we get started then?"

Bree nodded and stood up. she started to reach for some money before she turned to leave.

Their waiter came by and waved Bree off. "Tea covered. It is an honor for you to drink here." he told them, bowing to Kimi before clearing off the table. "Well, that was unexpected." Kimi said as she started for the door.

''it was,'' bree said in confusion ''are you famous or something?''

Kimi flushed red with a bit of embarrassment before replying. "Not famous per say. I just.." She started to say before losing the right words. "I was the only blood bender here for a while. A lot of people needed my help to heal their wounded. I wouldn't call myself famous, just well know for my actions." She wasn't sure what she had done to receive such kindness from the wait staff. "I would hate to think it has anything to do with the pass I have."

''well lets get to the healing place shall we'' bree asked as brightly as she could. she wasn't really looking forward to more injured people.

Kimi nodded and headed toward the east part of town. Getting closer to the tent, Kimi could sense the smell of the nurse's tent wafting towards them. An older gentleman walked around the corner and saw them. "You two ladies shouldn't be heading this way. My, your the picture of perfect health." He called to them, but kept walking without waiting for a reply. Kimi nodded to him, but kept walking. Once the tent was in sight, Kimi stopped. "Are you sure you want to do this? It could be pretty bad in there." She asked Bree, knowing there was no point in asking anyway.

bree took a deep breath. ''No. But if he is in there i have to know.''

Kimi nodded to her and headed up to the door. Tapping once, she waited for someone to answer. "Yes? Are you in need of healing?" A woman opened the door as she spoke, looking over her shoulder before yelling, "Sally! Keep that bandage down or they will bleed out!" Kimi smiled as she peered in to were the novice was working on the sand dummy. "Sounds like you have a hand full this year, Mrs. Victoria." Kimi said as the woman looked at them. "My, is that Kimi Hashiko? Come in, come in." Mrs. Victoria beaconed them in with a quick hand. Kimi looked over at Bree before walking into the tent. "This is Bree, she is working with me. We have a few questions about a traveler who may have come through here."

''Hello'' bree said quietly. she was a little too busy trying to look around the other women to be polite. from her current vantage point she didn't see tarlof. her heart started to sink
