| “Hello folks, and welcome to the first annual Tenkaichi Bending-Kai Staffweight Finals! We are about to begin our only match!” The announcer said into his microphone, the noise blasting over the roaring crowd. The battle would take place in a perfectly Arena in the Sky. Sand covered the floor, and pools of water sat on the four cardinal directions of the arena. The entire arena itself was made of white stone and marble and had edifices of birds and sky bison everywhere as well as statues of famous air benders. Many of the statues were broken, but that only proved the age of the arena. Stands stretched around the outside, and were covered in moss and vines. Water fell from a small spring off corners of the arena. The entier arena was a floating island of rock in the sky. It looked like an ancient temple that had been converted into an arena, and that's exactly what it was. Copious amounts of tricks and traps were riddled everywhere through this arena, to be activated by Mr. Showbiz's will. “Today, we'll be witnessing the fierce battle between the mysterious, Knight and Raijin Ezofuji-no-Tsukuyomi. The gates will open on my mark. With the combatants set, and the battlefield ready for them, let's give them a warm welcome! Now before we begin, let's remind our fighters that they'll each have 1000HP and will roll a random number of 100 instead of 20 for the Staffweight Matches. Attack and Defence stay the same, at 10. Knight will have the honour of the first strike! Now without further ado...”“LET THE MATCH BEGIN!” -------------------------------------------------------------- | |

| Breathe life into this hollow vessel of rebirth, Over and over be denied the peaceful earth, Alight the fires, far.- Knight:
Knight, the undead servant of the Spirit King, slowly skulked out onto the battlefield. He had been permitted to keep his weapons, as his application had read “SWORD” under the field requiring his bending element. The officials, of course, had assumed that ‘sword-bending’ was some new art form, they hadn’t heard of, and that his weapons acted as metal storage, similar to a waterbender storing water in a pouch, for use at a later date. His opponent, Raijin, was someone he knew. The spirit king spoke of him, from time to time, and he had seen them converse on multiple occasions. Still, despite that, he wouldn’t be receiving special treatment from Knight- Pulling punches was not his way. As soon as the gates opened, he let loose an arrow, aimed directly for Raijin’s leg. Should he stay still, he would be less mobile. Should he move toward the arrow, he would receive a much worse wound- Either way, unless his aim is off, the fight was already his. Attack: - Random number (1,10) :
- 6
Damage: - Random number (1,100) :
- 18
Remaining Health: 1,000 Remaining Chi: 1

| Raijin Ezofuji-no-Tsukuyomi
- Spoiler:
HP: 982/1000 ----------------------------------------- Raijin looked at his opponent. "Knight." A servant of his late cousin Raiden, Raijin's namesake, and now of his father, Owlan. Knight was created from a log, if Raijin remember corrected, from a flaming log and the mystical sword he was soon to take to the Sand Tribe that had once belonged to a god. Raijin almost couldn't believe it; but there stood the proof. Knight was there, his sword, his weaponry. No bending, little chi. Little more than a pulse beneath armour. He was not a fully living being--not by human terms anyway. He breathed air, at least Raijin assumed he did, but he did not eat, nor sleep, and looked as if a soul was forced inside a suit of armour and forever made to inhabit it. Regardless, this was the time to fight, and so Raijin took the opportunity to examine his options when--twang. The twang was followed by the whistle of an arrow, followed by the shooting pain shooting through his thigh and the sound of metal embedding itself in flesh. Raijin looked down and saw an arrow had pierced his thigh, and no doubt, had scratched the bone along the way. Raijin let out a laugh, not a wicked one, just a fun-loving, warm laugh. It was a good shot, and a good move. Raijin respected it. With a quick movement, Raijin ripped the arrow from his leg and snapped it, tossing it aside so it could not be picked up and used later. Then, Raijin took out a flask and dripped some alcohol onto the wound to clean it. It stung as the sake seemed to sear his flesh, seeping into the flesh of his thigh, down to his bone, and even some dripping out of the other side. Then, after cleaning the wound, Raijin engulfed his hand in flame and burned the outer edges of the wound, closing both holes on the outside, and preventing more blood from seeping out later. It hurt, as did the wound every time he walked, but not as much as it would've had water, dirt or air gotten in and infected it. Besides, Raijin could bear the pain if he had to. Then, to help numb the pain a bit, he drank the remainder of his alcohol in the flask, then wiped his mouth of the excess that dripped from the corners of his lips. The fight had just begun after all. Now was the time for counter attack. Raijin wanted to prevent Knight from using anymore of his arrows for the time being, so, gritting his teeth to prevent himself from shouting out in pain, he run--with a slight hobble--towards Knight and went in to attack him hand to hand. Raijin aimed a kick right to Knight's stomach as he approached, flame covering his leg for some added measure of strength and collateral damage. He who strikes first wins--so the adage said, but Raijin didn't believe it. Ozai was a testament to that, as was the Fire Nation as a whole during the Hundred Year War. And in many other wars as well. Raijin still had a chance for victory. Besides, as well as a drinker, he was a gambler, and he loved a good gamble, and what better gamble than victory from behind?
