APPEARANCE

Hair: Kouta has straight brown hair that reaches the end of his neck. He usually never ties it up unless he absolutely has too
Eyes: Kouta has average size dark blue eyes
Height:5 foot 6"
Clothes: Kouta wears traditional blue water tribe coat that is lined with white fur. He also wears a pair of navy blue sweats which are good for keeping warm. finally, he wears a pair of navy blue snow boots which are good for traveling through the snow and for just plaing around with the children or his friends.

CHARACTERISTICS

Personality: Kouta is good at heart, but his plans for helping dont always turn out right. All he ever tries to do is impress his friends and family. he believes that violence is never the answer, but isnt afraid to fight for his tribe and protect the ones that he loves. He is smart and kind, but can occasionally act like a jerk.
Personal Strengths: Kouta never gives up and he always has a plan(even if it doesnt work out the way he thinks it should). He's a great strategist and is very skilled when it comes to stealth.
Personal Weaknesses: Since he never wants to tie up his hair it usually covers his eyes, he can be very sarcastic which gets him into trouble and he tends to fight with brawn instead of using his brain even though he is such a skilled strategist
Personal Hero: Katara (For various reasons)

Likes: penguin sledding, waterbending, making waves, and performing dangerous stunts and hanging out with his dad

Dislikes: being treated like a child, being ignored for no reason, people who try to pick on those weaker than them

Brief History: When he was born Kouta's father was the self-proclaimed proudest man in the north pole. He treated Kouta like a prince, but
he always made sure Kouta knew the basics of being civilized, polite, respectful etc. Kouta always loved to spend time with his father. He loved it more than he loved waterbending. He loved to go on patrol with his father and thought that nothing would ever change.

On the day of Kouta's 14th birthday Kouta went on patrol with his father and they were attacked by a strange creature. Kouta forced his father to stay and face it head on and they were victorious, but just barely. Kouta was scared he couldn't believe that instead of running to come up with a plan he made his father stay and fight. His father almost died and it was all his fault. For almost a year Kouta had quit on everything including his bending because ashamed at how careless he was. Then, he was given a motive to begin again.

He was running an errand for his parents when he noticed a group of teenagers picking on a little boy who wasnt even a bender. He approached the teenagers and they laughed when he told them to knock it off. they knew him and about everything that happened. They made an attemp to attack the child again and Kouta intervened. He knew that he had to help and he realized that he couldn't give up on his life.

He decided that he would never let anything stop him from living his life and he would never allow anyone to hurt someone just because they're weaker than they are. Kouta realized a lot that day and he noticed that his father's attitude had changed as well. His father told him that he was prouder than the day he was born. Kouta began doing everything he loved again and his life has been great ever since. What's in store for Kouta? Only time will tell.
