Sitting Alone (Open to anyone)

It really wasn't Kyles day. He thought it would be easy stealing from just a quiet girl. But no there had to be more people. He was in mid jump when a branch was covered in ice. He managed to slip on it but he just caught the branch with his hands.

Climbing back up he got hit in the shoulder by an arrow. If he landed on the branch properly it would have got him in the leg. Kyle fell to the ground in pain. All of this for a purse of gold.

Yavana walked up to the boy and grabbed her coin pouch. She went down on one knee and leaned into the boy and brought her mouth up to his ear and in a smooth, low practically a whisper that could barely be hear she said. "No one steals from me and gets away with it..." and with that she walked over to a tree on the other side of the fighting zone, propped up against it, and crossed her arms to watched the fight. Eloween flew down and landed on her shoulder. Screeching into the distance. Yavana looked over and sent an arrow into the tree beside the mysterious man's head.

Kieverek merely eyed the arrow that had landed beside his head, he pondered for a moment about his next actions. He cursed silently to himself, in all the commotion and excitement, he had let that bird get out of his sight. He ran his fingers over his poison dipped throwing needles. He could have hit all of them and left them temporarily paralyzed and confirmed the identity of the boy. He glanced at the poster he had in hand again "Wanted: Kyle Hamano, for petty thievery 1500 gold". He quickly decided what to do. Clearly, he had been spotted, no sense trying to hide now, he stepped from the shadows a called out to the girl,"I have no quarrel with you girl, and I would prefer to do as little fighting as possible, the man you have injured, the thief, he is my only concern, I wish to comfirm his identity. It has not been easy , as you have offered little conversation with him, forcing me to stay hidden. I only wish to know his name, then I will leave with him, if he is who I seek. I warn you though girl, any more acts of aggression towards me will be met with swift punishment. The choice is yours."

Kyle turned his head to see the bounty hunter. He placed his hand over his wound and stood up. "So looks like I have been caught. Though I do warn you I won't make it easy." He bandaged his wound and got into a fighting position. "My name is Kyle Hamano. Petty theft of the slums. Now tell me who you are."

Yavana stared at the man and just shrugged. Leaning back on the tree. 'Now this is going to get interesting.' She enjoyed watching fights so she could maybe learn a few new skill.

Kieverek had decided the girl was not going to intervene by her silent actions, he made a mental note of the way the girl responded to conversation, he figured this might come in handy later on. Kieverek then eyed the boy,"So he is the right one," he thought,"I'll dispatch of him quickly. I don't want this quiet girl observing too many of my moves, in case I do end up battling her, it also unnerves me that the waterbender vanished into somewhere." With that he threw off his overcoat, weighted for speed training, smiled at the boy and pulled out 3 poison dipped needles, and like a flash of light darted towards the boy, right before reaching him, absorbing into the ground, out of sight, lurking beneath the ground, already setting up his attack.

Kyle smirked as vines gre up his legs, lifting him up into the air. The trees themselves seem to be coming alive as Kyle was in the air. The grass on the ground began to spike up. Within moments the entire area was encased in a dome of plants of different kinds. Kyle was really going to end up hurting someone bad if he kept this up. He grabbed some leaves and bended them into a blade as sharp as metal but malliable as plants.

Kieverek made his way around to the rear of where he had last felt Kyle standing, encased himself in rock from head to toe, so no part of him was showing, then quickly shot out of the ground, along with six other human shaped forms, that were all identical to him, all surround Kyle, moving all in a rythym with each other, no way to tell them apart, so all at everyone of them flung their arms back at let a flurry of rocks fly, hidden in the midst, one of three poison needles, all speeding towards Kyle. "No dodging this one." Kieverek thought to himself smugly.

As the rock forms erupted from the ground Kyle sent out a storm of leaves with razor sharp edges that pierced the rocks straight through. He may not be able to dodge it but he can destroy it. He grabbed some vines and put some leaves on the edge making a whip sword. He was doing quite well with a hole in his chest.

Kieverek saw the leaf shrapnel headed for him him, he knew it would surely hurt, a lot, trying to think fast, he threw up a wall in front of him and tried to move, not quick enough. Just as he saw the other rock forms fall to pieces, he felt a sharp pain in his left arm and shoulder, the leaves, had pierced through the wall he had thrown up and the rock armor. "Dammit!" He thought,"I should've been able to stop that, It seems I underestimated the boy. No matter, it should be about over." Kieverek cared not for the flurry of rocks he had sent out, they weren't the real damage dealers. The rocks would hit, and hurt, but not seriously, not like those leaves. His main concern was the paralysis poison dipped needle that was surely reaching its mark right about now. Kieverek clutched his arm again, it was pierced right through, he had hoped it hadn't gotten a bone. He stepped out and yelled to Kyle,"Are you feeling alright boy, you look a little pale. Whats the matter, can't you move alright?" Kieverek cast a devilish grin towards Kyle," this is about when they begin to panic and wonder whats happening..." he thought.
