Heat wave

The heat was intense... Kolack could practically feel it beating on his head, like never ending fists dropping on him like rain. "Man, This is way worse than the summers in Ba Sing Se." As he was trecking to find a place to stay and cool off, he heard the sound of a carriage in the distance behind him.

The carriage traveled on a hot day with the princess Micheal as a passenger. Micheal was in the Vermilion Dragon Colonies visiting an old friend. The carriage traveled a few yards before the tire blew out. Furiously the carriage drive jumped off and started cursing and kicking the wagon. Shortly after Princess Micheal stepped out and held a fan to cover her face. She was then followed by a young body guard. The body guard went to the side of the wagon abandoning Micheal on the side of the road when she saw a man walking their way. Micheal smiled and waved her fan as the man walked by. "Hi." said the young princess smiling.

Kolack saw the princess with the fan in her face, He then started to blush a little. "Hello, I see that your carrage has lost a wheel... and a driver. Would you like some help repairing it?" He offered still blushing a bit. He than pulled out a small metal rod and held it out to the princess. "I can metal bend." he said with a smile.

Micheal laughed a little at his blushing. "Yes please." said the 7 year old princess. She sat there as the man fixed the wheel. The whole time she was non stop talking about her old friend who is on leave. "But yea she is soooo cool."

Kolack was focused on the reparing, yet he had a conversation with himself in his head. "Man... I feel so sick with myself! I mean, come on! Shes like what 8? 9?" "Kolack pull ourselves together, You just gotta forget about it okay... Lots of people have strange feelings over people with age differences, I cant name a few, but there are lots of people out there." "Maybe your right inner self, but im not going through with it. Im just gonna forget about it." Kolack then realized hes just been staring at the wheel only half repaired. He finneshed it and moved on to the Young body guard, Drive, and Princess. "All done." He said with a smile.

"Would you like to join us?" asked Micheal. It was the least she could do for the man who saved them from this dreaded heat. "Yea you should join us." said the bodyguard "My name is Heaven." She then pulled on the mans arms along with Micheal to force him into the wagon.

Kolack was very surprised at their anticipation, He felt as though he had no choice. When it came to young children there was no choice. "Uhh... Okay. okay no need to push me in" He said. He took a seat behind the drive window. "So... Uhh... hmm." Kolack tried to think of a good conversation topic, but couldnt come across one.

Heaven was sitting across from the man "So, whats your name?" Micheal seemed to fall asleap leening against Heaven. Heaven kept her hand on Micheals head while she slept. "If it wasn't so hot it would be a beautiful day." Heaven then stared out the nearby window waiting for a response.

Kolack shook his head in to agreement. "My name is Kolack, Kolack Nuzai, and yes it is a bit on the hot side." Kolack looked around the carrage. it was pretty spacious with a beautiful interior. "So, from the looks of the design of this carrage, Im guessing you two are from the dark benders state?"

Heaven looked at Kolack and smiled "Only she is. Im from Omashu." Heaven rubbed her hand on Micheals' head to ensure she was still asleep. "Im old friends of her family and they asked me to join her on her trip and I accepted gladly."
