Hair: His hair is bright snow white, and it is finely and neatly groomed and trimmed. He Beards ends in a sharpened fashion that seems to be unnatural.However, all of his hair has dark silver streeks running through it.
Eyes: Small, cold , and dark. His eyes are ussually not very expressive, and his eye color appears to be a dark slate grey.
Height:6 ft 2.
Clothes:He prefers elegant and silk clothes. They are a bit "modern" persay as compared to normal water tribe attire. It resembles a suit but has a striing resemblence to Long Fangs attire in a way. He ussually wears a dull silver vest, that is lightened to the point of being paper thin. It has golden buttons and there is a slight hint ofaquamarine hint to it. Beneath the thin vest is a silk "dress shirt" that is a solid dark Water Trible Blue at the middle,but bright snow white at the sleeves. . He wears pitch black silk pants that have no real shape to them due to the color. He wears heavily dyed brown leather shoes. He also has matching sloid deep dark black gloves, that are extremely tight around his hands yet comfortable.
Skin:Strangely, he is extremely light skinned as compared to his Water Tribe bretheren, as he is near pale white skin.
Body Type: Rather skinny, as his body is quite narrow and sharp, just like his eyes and beard.

Brief History:Born into royality of the Northern Water Tribe, Morlis was treated with granduer. His great great great great grandfather was a Fire Nation officer, and his family has been cursed with light skin, but Morlis is quite fond of it. At the young age of 13m he discovered a frozen underground cavern that had the wreckage of a Fire Navy Warship from the Assault on the Northern Water Tribe during the time of Avatar Aang. After much exploring, he came across an intact blueprint of the ship itself. From then on he was fascinated with industry. After becoming a Water Bending Master from his teacher, Akiria, Morlis traveled to the Element Kingdom, and has been living "peacefully" as ambassador to the Water Tribes. He has been spending his past years gathering supporters for his Industrial Dream, with his grand prize being the support of the Element King/Queen Him/herself. However, he has faced much opposition, and the Element Monarch has refused to meet with him due to the efforts of many political oponents. Morlis has had strict bitterness to these opponents. He has been self-taught of the entire history of Avatar Aang's time period, and is bewildered by the individual known as Long Fang. The Dai Li are revered as a mistake, but Morlis thinks differently....

His great great great great grandmother was sister to the next heir. She married, strangely, a Fire Nation officer. He is not far from the Royal heirs, but he's still a bit far from becoming the next heir. Is that all then?
