A Vacation: Tsukaia's Surprise

Sasuno'o lay next to Tsukaia sleeping happily, for the first time in his life, sleeping with a smile. Sasuno'o opened his eyes and saw Tsukaia laying there contentedly sleeping, wearing his shirt. Sasuno'o smiled and moved closer to her putting his arms around her and holding her close and tight. Sasuno'o kissed her forehead and pulled the blankets over the both of them, Sasuno'o was exhausted after last night, and no doubt Tsukaia was as well.

Tsukaia slowly opened her eyes, blinking into the sunsine. She felt warm and cuddly, so she leaned her head forward and kissed what she knew was her husband's chest. "Good morning," she breathed softly, stretching very much like a cat.

Suddenly she pouted. "I miss Dolline," she sighed, rubbing her eyes.

Sasuno'o kissed Tsukaia before sitting up on the bed, he went to go grab his shirt, but stopped remembering Tsukaia wore it. Sasuno'o looked at Tsukaia lovingly "You mean you're cat...god I hated that thing...it hated me too...stupid animal" he said "Dragons are much better pets."

Tsukaia peered at him lovingly out of the corner of her eye. "How could Dolline do anything to you?" she wondered. "She stayed in my suite all day. Unless... you decided to do some ... snooping around...?" she teased, sliding out of the bed.

She stretched some more, yawning widely. "And I disagree; cats are cuddlable, whereas dragons are ... um ... too intelligent to be treated in such a manner." She smirked, hoping a debate would come along. She always liked to prove she was right on so many occassions; it made her feel intelligent.

Sasuno'o smiled and laughed "How many cats do you know that can breath fire?" he asked.

She giggled. "Touche, but still ... cat's are cuter. And, Mister, Bet'cha I can teach her Firebending." She sat on the floor, pressed her legs together, and stretched forward, becoming more awake.

"Sure you can" he said "I can teach Tsukiyomi to something useful for once"

Tsukaia laughed, humor and even a bit of anger coarsing through her. "How far has the army expanded?" she asked, suddenly becoming serious. "I cannot wait to see Tsukiyomi dead once we conquer the Fire Nation."

"They should've reached the capitol by now...no doubt my foolish little brother has his hands full fighting them off" he said smiling "Soon the world shall be ours my love"

Tsukaia stood and sauntered over to him. She hugged him for a moment, breathing in his scent, before letting go and making her way over to the window. A salty spray flew into her face, causing her hair to flutter. "So, is it true that Tsukiyomi has a son now?"
