Personality: Spirit Moose are brave, loyal and strong. Because of their massive size and four horns, very little scares them, and even less truly wishes to mess with them. Though passive by nature, Spirit Moose will attack if those they bond with, either their herd or their rider, are hurt or threatened. When enraged, it takes a lot to calm down a Spirit Moose. It is wise to give these creatures a wide berth, and a very large supply of sweet grass, as they eat up to 2 tonnes a day. Good swimmers, adept climbers, and impervious to most weather conditions, Spirit Moose are the only choice when it comes to mounts of the Holy Paladin's of Light and their successors, the Dawn Crusade.
Background: Raised by the Holy Paladin's of Light that work for the Spirit King, Spirit Moose were taken from the Spirit World and moved to the Shadow Lands. They are raised for a year until they reach maturity before being given to a Paladin as a partner. The first Paladin to tame a Spirit Moose was former-Champion of Laedaela, Anaria Shola. These mounts have been presented to the lucky winners of Showbiz Prizes in the most recent Tenkaichi tournament.
