There was no way in Hell Ru could've ever intercepted and redirect the lightning that hit him in the back. His flesh sizzled and burned. Grotesque boils covered his back. Ru knew that he would have a scar from the lightning, much like Avatar Aang's when Azula had struck him in the back with lightning underneath Ba Sing Se. Weird, Ba Sing Se must be cursed with lightning scars on the back and feet.

Knives flew over the now prone Ru. He was dazed and couldn't move. Sparks flew from his limp body. This wasn't good. His shirt held on only by a prayer since it now bore a giant hole where the lightning hit him. More lightning. I gotta use more lightning! Ru thought to himself as he pushed himself up off the ground.

Power surged through Ru's body. He was pissed. He was determined. He wasn't going to lose. He jumped into the air, fire blasting from his feet. Once Ru steadied himself in the air, he began the motions of generating lightning. This time, he let the lightning flow through his body, letting it build up power. Should it miss, it would still send debris flying. Ru twirled in many circles. The audience saw nothing but electricity. He halted himself and let the bolt of lightning go, right towards the bitch that wished him dead.

((OOC: Sorry for the mess up with my health, I thought I was in my other fight XD I'm at 65 HP at the moment.))

The boy was tough, Kai'liané had to admit it, but he was going to lose, there was no doubt there. He was fighting with anger, and Kai'liané, sick and twisted as she was, was smarter than that. The boy shot a massive shot of lightning at her. She chuckled wickedly, as the lightning not only missed, but all of the debris did as well. Kai'liané used the explosion and the rubble to get up close to Ru-Zheng, and tap him on the shoulder. He turned around, and their eyes met. His end.

Next thing they knew, they were standing in a steel room, deep within Ru's mind. The room was in Ru's mind, but it was constructed at the behest of Kai'liané. She would kill him in his mind...well maybe not kill, the stupid tournament rules wouldn't allow that, and according to Mr. Showbiz the rules said "kill and be killed." Kai'liané wasn't going to die here. She would definitely torment Ru for a bit though. With a wicked grin, she, within Ru's mind, snuck up behind him as he panicked about where he was. The illusion felt real to him, but Kai'liané knew better. Pulling back her dagger, Kai'liané thrusted it forward, attempting to stab "mind Ru" in his "mind back."

The bright sun disappeared as well as the rest of the world around him. Cold steel surround Ru. Something felt familiar yet, off. This didn't feel real to Ru. He turned around to see the mind-witch rushing him with a dagger. He moved around her with ease. She stopped after she missed her initial target.

Ru walked backwards, keeping his eyes on this slippery eel. His footsteps echoed in the steel room. Ru was confused. Where was he? That didn't matter, he needed to stop this mind-freak. She seemed to do the most damage from a distance. Ru thought through a plan.

Ru gathered flames in both hands. Aiming for both sides of the shed-evil, Ru hoped both would hit.

The flames came at Kai'lainé, then passed right through her, missing her entirely. She had managed to see that attack coming in just enough time. Kai'liané allowed the attack to phase through her and thus dodged it. Kai'liané had no puppet to help her fight Ru within his own mind, she only had Ru. The walls changed and turned to windows, windows that showed horrible, painful things. They showed Kai'liané murdering people, violently and horrible. They showed her using parents to slaughter their children, children to kill parents, husbands to kill wives, wives to kill husbands. Brothers and sisters murdering each other, murdering their pets. Pets turning on masters.

Blood. Blood everywhere. Kai'liané was a criminal, a murdering, thieving criminal, and she revelled in it. Then, she changed to the scene to Ru's death. Each wall, the ceiling and the roof showed different ways that Ru would, and could die, and each time it was at the hands of Kai'liané or one of her puppets. While Ru was distracted by the horrible images everywhere, Kai'liané charged at him, dagger aimed at his gut.
