Sudden Duel (Leosan, Loolaalee)

After her shower, Yami got into her new clothes-Black pants, with a light blue short sleeved shirt and a black vest. She didn't wear this outfit too often, but she kept ripping through her normal style of clothes, so she was wearing this. She wondered if she should throw on a hat for flair, but decided against it. The vest had a hood, so if she needed to, she could throw the hood on. She grabbed her saddle bag and walked out of the bathroom. She saw Drago drenched in cold water and Leo holding a bucket, and laughed. "That's priceless. I needed a laugh, thanks guys!" she said, smiling. She didn't realize that the short sleeves of her shirt exposed the long scar on her arm.

drago sighed as he look off his trench coat, "i'm all wet now...how does it make you feel now leo?"
Leo just smiled,"i feel great...especially since you had-"
drago cut him off, "yami...what happened to you arm?"

Yami looked down, and realized the scar was showing. It was a painful memory, from a few months ago in Ba-Sing-Se. Yami sighed. "Drago, do you remember those bijuu hunters in Ba-Sing-Se? You remember how I was injured after you cut that man's had off? Well, the injury never fully healed, and left this scar. Occasionally, the muscle will give out, as if my chi was blocked in my right arm." she said, wincing at the memory of the pain. "I have tried to forget. But somehow, the scene keeps replaying itself in my head. The knife in my arm, and you, unconscious on the ground. Its more emotionally painful than it is physically painful. And the thing is, I had almost forgotten about it, until that man showed up and kidnapped me. All the horrors came flooding back." she said.

Drago hugged yami, "it's alright, ahh!" he said stepping back, " i forgot i'm still drenched!" he started laughing. he lite his body on fire for a second vaporizing the water on his body, but not enough to burn his clothes, he gave a happy sigh, "much better..."

Yami made an annoyed face since Drago had gotten her clothes wet. Instead of lighting herself on fire, she froze the water, then gently tapped the ice, cracking it. The whole mass shattered, leaving her clothes completely dry, although there was now a pile of shattered ice on the floor. Yami thawed the ice and bent it into a sink drain. She laughed a little bit more. "Thanks for that, Drago." she said. Then she walked outside and put her saddle bag back on Fireball. She walked back inside, grabbing her bag off of the chair she had thrown it on before the spar. "So, what now?" she asked.

the chef brought four bowls filled with shredded flavored ice, it looked more like colored snow than ice. leo took two and went up stairs. drago laughed a bit, as if he knew something yami didn't know. he took one and gave the second one to yami. "don't eat it too fast or you'll get brain freeze," he said laughing a bit.

Yami smiled at him. Artificially flavored ice, huh? Seems interesting. Yami grabbed a spoon and scooped up a little of the ice and stuck it in her mouth. Her eyes widened at the cold, yet delicious taste. The ice quickly melted in her mouth. After she swallowed, she said to Drago, "Wow, this is good! What do you call it?" she asked. Then she looked at the ice, and noticed how it seemed to be able to pack into a shape. She reached into her pack and pulled out a piece of paper, then rolled it up into a cone. She then used the spoon to shovel the ice into the cone, forming a sphere on the top. "Now that looks cool!" she said.

Drago laughed a bit, "you silly girl," he said taking a big spoon full of the snow like dessert, he then held his head, "ow my head hurts..." he said getting brain freeze as it slowly went away, "finally it went away, and i was the one to warn you not to eat so fast," he said laughing a bit. he loved being with yami, but why? why did he fall in love with her? is it her looks? or is it her personality? or was it that she knows how he felt when people hatted him for being a "monster"? what is it? he was deep in thought.

Yami laughed a little bit too. She loved the feeling of being around Drago. She wondered why. She knew one thing for sure: he made her laugh. Yami's light had gone out after her tragedy as a child. She had always felt lost and alone, mostly because she was. In fact, she rarely smiled, and never laughed at all, for the first six years after it happened. But then...then a necromancy bender brought her father back from the dead. Her father helped her realize that she had more to do than just sit around. So she changed from sad and alone to emotionless. She was always dark. She did smile and laugh every now and then, but she was serious about so much. But then she met Drago, and the moment their hands touched, she felt like things would change for the better. She felt like he could help her get through her hardships. He had re-ignited the light in her life. She realized she was staring at him, and looked away, her cheeks turning a little pink.

Drago giggled a bit when yami suddenly turned her head, he wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her a bit off the ground, "what's wrong, yami?" he asked her as he started spinning her around. he then stopped and put her down, "really what's wrong?"
