The Tower's Final Dirge

Makaru did grab Tsumi's hand, but instead of propelling himself upward, he swung around and flung Tsumi into the air and did a nod with his head, as he melded into light and traveled directly upward. He re-appeared directly above the Shadow-man and kicked downward as hard as he could and sent two more Light beams after the man aiming for the wings. Unfortunately he could only do that light meld once in a while.

Draika's face glowed with pain as the light bender slammed onto his spine. Trying to recover he realised that the lightbender destroyed his wings. God Damnit shouted the dark bender as he started his free fall with less control. He was now a few feet lower than the fire bender.
