| This is Prince Roman, the seven-year-old child of King Anuktiluk of the Northern Water Tribe and third heir to the throne. He is a very docile, fragile child, often seen under the wing of his matrons or older brothers.
As you all know, Prince Roman's health has recently declined. King Anuk proposed that he, along with his matrons, relocate to the cleaner climate of the air temples so that he could recover. During the voyage, the boy inexplicably disappeared! We need all the help we can get to find him.
So far, no reports have come in yet. Not of a ransom or of any sightings. We suspect he is somewhere in the Earth Kingdom area. We also believe that he was kidnapped. Please report any suspicious behavior to the authorities immediately. Roman has a very weak constitution and may not survive too many days not under the wing of healthcare professionals.
Roman is seven years old, but not very tall for his age. He's narcoleptic, so it is unlikely that he'd be coherent enough to find help for his own. Search specifically for sleeping children. It wouldn't take much to subdue him.CHARACTERISTICS

Aforementioned, Roman is narcoleptic, meaning that he sleeps very often. This is due to his weak immune system and low stamina. He has a poor heart and asthma. If anyone were to find him, take him to health care professionals immediately to have him examined. His mortality rate on his own is extremely low, but even so, I want everyone to look out for him.
Please, I implore you all to do whatever you can to help save him. Pray. Search. Spread the word to the outside nations. An EXTREMELY generous reward will be given to those that find him and provide true information of his whereabouts. We must do all we can do to protect, not only our prince, but a very young and vulnerable child of this nation!
