 | The Commoner's Quarter is by far the the busiest area of Seiankyo City. Several citizens can be found walking around the streets. There are many cherry blossoms littered throughout the area. Two shops are near the gate to Ryoshima Coast: one sells everyday goods to the commoners, the other sells weapons. Yama's restaurant can be found near the gate to the Aristocratic Quarter, which is a popular place for citizens to relax and unwind. A canal runs throughout the quarter, which residents use for quick transportation.
 Tsutamaki Shrine | 0 | 0 | | | The Aristocratic Quarter is notably smaller than its sister Commoner's Quarter. On the south side, Lake Beewa must be crossed via Gojo Bridge which leads to the Imperial Lecture and Records Hall. Passing through here leads into the quarter itself, which is filled with beautiful cherry blossoms and small waterways. The Imperial Palace is far to the north, while the Emperor's personal estate, his private home, is on the east side. Mansions are located near these palaces, with Gen's Clock Tower in the northwestern area of the quarter and a guard house directly south from it.
