Avatar Training(pt.2)

Lindseys eyes widened and she stepped towards Kozzan her hand extended waiting for Kar to say something. "Kozzan. I-wou,"Lindsey wispeared.
Kar opened his eyes and filled with rage. "So your Kozzan! The earthbender that stole away my girl!" Kar pulled out his bow and drew it, aiming straight at Kozzans heart. He released but quickly lindsey got in the way.Kar pulled up and the arrow skinned her arm, creating a large gash. Lindsey collapsed in pain.

Kozzan was acted quicker. He already had the ground beneath Kar's feet sink in, trapping him. The next move was his. As Kar's eyes widened, Kozzan went to crush the lower halfs of his legs, but was to late. A strong gush of wind utterly lifted Kar out of the ground, and slammed him so hard against a tree branch, the 4 inch-thick branch he hit snapped like a twig. Kaas was on top of a dazed Kar in minutes.

"Attacking a friend of mine is not the smartest thing to do, mate." He said in a dangerously calm tone. Kaas stood over him a moment, waiting for his response.

"STOP IT," Lindsey cried. She ran over to Kaas and fell to his knees. crying she wimpeared, "please." as her blood dripped onto the ground.

Kaas looked at Lindsey, then Kar, and sighed, offering the end of his staff to the cringing man. "Next time, I won't be so friendly." he said, walking back to Kozzan, who stood frozen, looking at the spot where Kar was. Kaas did a slow, flowing wave of movement, and whistled, taking the effect of his sound attack off of Kozzan.

"I am sorry my friend, but i had to. You would have been foolish had I not," he said. He patted the unmoving Kozzan's Shoulder. "Oh and you'll be like that for about ten minutes ...... paralyzed i mean." A small trickle of blood started dripping from Kozzan's ears. Despite the pain, Kozzan had a look of understanding in his eyes.

Lindsey looked at Kar and wimpered, "Im sorry. its my fault."
Kar cringed and lifted his arm wiping away indseys tears. "shhh... no i was the one that got angry." Kar leaned up and kissed Lindsey, let go and passed out.

When Kar kissed Lindsey, Kozzan, despite his paralysis, took a step towards him with a fire in his eyes. He fell and growled in anger and pain. ""FFFFFFKKKKKKK!" he tried to cuss through his non moving jaw.

Lindsey heared a hiss behind her and turned to see kozzan trying to move. He looked so angry and in pain. Lindsey rushed to his side and hugged him, crying out "Please dont hurt him. If you love me you will promise me that." She let go and took out her canteen and covered her hands in the water and cupped them to kozzans ears and they began to glow.

Kaas looked back and giggled. "He's not injured Lindsey. Its Paralysis. His brain is immobile. The sound split his eardrums. He'll be fine....except for that kiss," he mumbled the last part under his breath. Kozzan looked at Lindsey with hurt and anger. "Gtt Wiyy Fm Mmmeh" he managed. Suddenly he wasn't so proud of that kiss mark on his neck.

Lindsey stood back in horror. She understood what those words meant. She ran to her tent ghan set up and fell down into the plush skins. " Oh no" she thought, "once again my love hates me." And she quietly started to cry.

Kozzan wanted to punch the earth...wanted to hit something...or someone hard. Or just to run away. Suddenly, the earth around him rose, and started carrying him away from the camp, leaving a trail or risen dirt behind him.
