| Factions as a whole are pretty free-form. They won't require moderator approval, but can be subject to removal ONLY IN EXTREME CASES.
Anyone who wants to apply to another person's faction can do so either via PM to the Faction Leader or by replying to the Faction Thread.
Below is a basic format to use- It is optional, you can organize your Faction Page however you like. The Format only exists to make the process a little easier. - Code:

[center][size=25][b]NAME OF ORGANIZATION/FACTION[/b][/size]
[b]Manifesto:[/b] The purpose of your faction’s existence; Your objective. Keep it short, save the fine details for the description.
[b]Description:[/b] More detail goes here.
[b]Founding Member(s):[/b] Person or People who created the Faction. This is optional.
[b]Joining Requirements:[/b] Do they have to be a firebender to join? Do they have to be a girl? N/A or remove section if not applicable. “Invite Only” is also acceptable.
[b]Location:[/b] Area of operation. Some organizations are worldwide, like the White Lotus, and some are localized, like the Dai Li.
[b]Headquarters:[/b] Optional. Can put “Secret” or “Unknown”.
[b]Ranks:[/b]
List of Ranks from Top to Bottom, and people who fill the positions. Ranks of the same authority can be put on the same line.
Example:
King: Ozai
Queen: Zuko’s Mom
Prince: Zuko | Princess: Azula
