Avatar Month Closing Statement: Thank you everyone!

That's all folks. As of a few hours ago, Avatar Month 2016, the Sixth Annual Avatar Month, has come to a close. The Tournament is over, having been as big a success, if not bigger this year, than ever. This Avatar Month has been the best yet, with the most prizes, surprises and tournament giveaways than ever before.

I can't remember giving away more gifts than I did as Showbiz during this past tournament. Of course, Showbiz always wins, and for as many gifts as I gave, Showbiz took back something else. Equivalent exchange; Showbiz style.

On top of all the cool things people won this month during the 3rd Tenkaichi Bending-kai Tournament, we were introduced to some cool new factions, some new systems, and a whole lot of cool ideas!

From Boss Battles, to Questing, to titles, to achievements, to an in-game currency system and shop, to the revitalization of our out-of-character shop. We hope to have all of these new systems and features up and running by the middle of June, but if there are any delays we'll let you know.

Just before I officially close the door on Avatar Month 6, I want to say thank you to all those who participated or roleplayed or even just returned to the site this past month. Your presence and your activity here have meant the world to me, as it is activity like yours that keeps this site going, and because of you this site has been around for 7 years. So thank you.

I'd also like to especially thank everyone who participated in the tournament! It was amazing fun, even when Showbiz was being an ass to you all. You were great sports, and I can't remember loving a tournament more than I loved the one this year. Hopefully, when the Light of Dawn Tournament occurs in a few months, it'll be just as fun.
