Please keep in mind that coloured flames affects the colour of the lightning a Fire Bender shoots. But also remember that Black Lightning from black flames is NOT the same as the Advanced Mastery Technique, Black Lightning.

Open - Anyone can have it or learn it
Limited - Can be passed on or learned, with the owner's permission and guidance
Locked - Only a few people can have it; cannot be taught and is kept privately by those few people

I'm claiming Translucent fire. I would like for it to be limited.

For a bit of clarification, this will give no combat advantage at all, because of the smoke, heatwave, and whatever is burning in the fire. Targets of this fire can still see it and react to it as normal, even if it is a bit surprising.
