|CHARACTERISTICS|

Personality: Gev is very patient, as one has to be to take care of 14 kids. He wasn't always who he is today, but circumstances change people. He has always been good-hearted and quick to laught, though, and he continues to uphold his own moral standards.
Personal Strengths: Drive and streetsmarts.
Personal Weaknesses: he had no formal training, and is almost constantly worried these days about his kids.
Hamartia: He can't seem to put himself first.
Personal Hero: Kang. He still has no clue how that guy got through what he did.
Dreams and Ambitions: He wants to provide for his family, and help house other orphans as well.

Likes: Chocolate as long as it isn't melty, Fighting in tournaments, Exploring, and his kids.

Dislikes: Diaper changes, papayas, losing tournaments.

Brief History: Gev grew up an orphan in Ba Sing Se when his parents abandoned him. He and Kang were fast friends, and they worked together to supply for the other Orphans. Gev didn't agree when that new girl Anwe suggested that they work illegally to make more money, but he didn't leave either. If it weren't for her Kang and he would still be working together to help the other orphans.

He split from the group once he found a steady paying job fighting in the underground tournaments, and avoided the loathsome woman who had stolen his best friend.

A couple years later Kang came to him and Gend (who happened to be crashing at his apartment at the time) and thrust upon them 10 small children. Gend left soon after Kang, and Gev was left to take care of the little ones on his own. Even with the number of kids he had, he still took in 4 more over the following year, and continued to train and compete the whole time.

The last name "Fera" was actually given to Gev and Kang's group of orphans by accident when a stall tender called them "Feral children" when they stole her apples.
