Brief History:
At age twelve, Nanuq's father was killed while exploring the western Earth kingdom boarders giving Nanuq a goal at an early age; to become the first water tribe born nomad. His mother passed away not long after, five years to be exact, and left him alone to fend for himself. Despite their passings, Nanuq found his own in the tribe and quickly asserted himself as a prime example of fine water bending and mastery of the art.
By the age of twenty, Nanuq was considered for title of master in the northern water tribe but he declined as he set forth on his nomad prospects. During the four years of his travels, Nanuq journeyed from Ba Sing Se and all the way to the Western Air Temple and eventually back home to the northern water tribe. Upon his arrival home, Nanuq was greeted will smiles and a warm applause along with another chance to be called master.
