Passing Visit (Red Ki)

The Capital was beutiful, from any perspective it was beutiful. From the slums in the lower ring, to the posh palace likes dwelling's of the upper ring. Even the quaint foundations of the middle ring, beutiful. That was Kota had decided to visit. The young earthbender strolled through the market place, with a small determined smile on his face. He stopped as before him a group rushed past him, kicking a ball between them. Kota had to laugh at their game, their innocence was endearing to him. At this time, Kota was without his shirt he had left it to dry at the inn but that didn't stop him from going out into the market.

Kota spun around slightly, waving to a couple of girls he had just past, as he was walking he didn't look where he was going and slammed into a passerby. . .

Chel was walking in her own little world. At the theatre they had finally given her a solo and she was thinking of what to do. As she played dance moves through her head she wasn't watching where she was going and walked into something. She fell onto her butt and held her nose. "Oww..." She looked up with her ocean blue eyes, still holding her nose, and blushed what she saw. There stood a man. Shirtless. She was so glad she was holding her nose because the blush would show if not. She jumped up, removing her hand from her face, and bowed, her dark brown bangs hung in front of her face. "I am so sorry. I should have watched where I was going." She stood straight, "Are you hurt? I can heal you..."

Kota almost jumped back when he realised who he had knocked over. It was a girl and a pretty one at that, it seemed Chel was not the only one embarrased, though the blush on his face his rapidly disapeared. He cleared his throat with a small couph and looked the girl over. "It is I who should apologise to you. I was the one not looking where I was going. I am not hurt and is clear that you aren't either." Kota says one hand scratching the back of his head and the other pressed gently against his stomach. Kota let a small sigh escaped his lips, his hand flopped down to his side as she looked at the girl before him. "Even though you do not seem to be hurt I am compelled to ask if you are."

"No I am fine. I can take a hit." She reached out her hand in a shaking motion. "My name is Chel Hosuki, I am a Water Bender." She said with a smile.

"Chel is a lovely name" Kota says, taking the girls hand in his own, he bowed down and planted a kiss on the back of her hand. He gently let the hand go and straitgtened herself up. "I'm Kota I'm an Earth Bender" Kota says folding his arms a small but coy smile upon his face.

Chel blushed. "Nice.... To meet you Kota." She said. She had a weakness for good looking guys, it was hard for her to think straight. "Where were you heading before our little accident." She giggled a little at the reminder of the bump.

"Well I was just wandering through the market." Kota says with a dismissive light shrug. He seems to watch Chel for a moment or two, a smile plastered upon his face as he did so. Kota scratches the back of his head briefly a small chuckle escaping his lips. "Now what's a lady such as yourself doing around here?"

"Oh... I just got off work and was heading home." Chel said as she slowly dusted off her clothes. She looked around. "It's crowded and loud here do you want to go get some tea or something?"

Kota did a quick pivot on the balls of his feet and looked around. "I agree this land is much too crowded and anything could happen here." Kota bowed his head slightly "I would love to get some tea with you lady Chel." Kota lips were still plastered with a coy smile spread across them.

Chel's face lite up. "Okay." She grabbed his hand and pulled him from the direction she came from. "I know the perfect place." She pulled him along until she stopped at a little tea shop called 'The Crimson Dragon'. "They make the best tea around."
