He wears black boots that curl up at the end, and a long red overcoat with a black flame design on the bottom. He also wears a gold signet ring on his right hand and a hair tie in the shape of a flame.

Brief History:He was born in the noble community of the Fire nation to Kuzon and Sage Chen. His family are close friends to Emperor Owlan Ezofuji. His father is a fire bending prodigy, and runs his own fire bending school called Chen Academy of Fire Bending. Lee himself was enrolled in his father's academy. They first discovered that Lee was a fire bender when he was two years old. He had a habit of pitching extreme temper tantrums and when he did all the fires in the house would get bigger. The had to make sure that he was a happy toddler until he was able to control his bending so the house wouldn't get burned down. As he grew, he began to become calmer, which was a relief for Mr. and Mrs. Chen. When he was at the age of five, they enrolled him in the family fire bending academy so that he can control and hone his skills. Like his father before him, he was a fire bending prodigy. By the age of eighteen, he was a fire bending master, and so he began teaching at his father's academy. Before long he grew tired of that life and desired to venture out into the world. For a few years he traveled around the world, and stayed at inns to rest himself. At the age of 21, he settled on Ember Island. He hired a building contractor to build him an extravagant beach house near the shore of Ember Island. He settled in a enjoyed life for awhile, until he saw how much poverty there was in the world. Being a wealthy man, he loathed poverty and sought to cure the world of it by helping the poor people to have a better life. So from time to time, he would travel around the world giving the poor folk jobs and even donating some money to get them started. After awhile he became very popular around the world, and everybody liked him. So to this day he spent his time relaxing at his beach house and helping the poor.

A problem with this is that i can not accept it. This has to be only accepted by Kouzai, also Kouzai is not the king, he is a member like Kura.
