water whip

appearance: (I havent made my character yet, I'm still in the process of writing the application or whatever but i wanted to know if i could do this)
my character is a water bender and has a water skin that is strapped on his back, going from his right shoulder to the left side of his waist where the cap is. the cap is shaped like a dagger hilt and made of silver wrapped in a long black leather strip which hangs off the end. on the end of the cap inside the waterskin are 10 extremely durable and sharp razors frozen to the hilt/cap. when my character draws the whip the ice is melted and line the whip that he creates with his water bending. when he sheathes the whip he bunches up the razors and freezes them to the hilt

origin: this variation of the basic water whip was invented by my characters father
