CHARACTERISTICS

Personality: Sketh is fiercely independent, sarcastic, direct, stubborn, and confrontational. He appears to have a carefree and adventurous side as well. Sketh also loves battling and takes great pride in his Earth bending skills. He appears eager to prove that he is as strong as anyone who can see. Sketh insists that He can "carry his own weight", and often mistakes a simple friendly gesture as an act of pity for his blindness. Sketh is brutally honest when criticizing others. He is very vocal about his opinions on others regardless of status or age of the person hes talking to. His occasional attitude or aloofness may be related to him being picked on when he was younger because of his blindness.

Brief History: Sketh is the only child of the wealthy Tsujimoto family. Born blind, he was sheltered by parents who believed his blindness made him fragile and incapable of looking after himself. They went to extreme measures to protect him, including hiding his existence from the rest of the world, which resulted in no one knowing that the Tsujimoto family even had a son. His parents expect their son to be well-mannered and proper due to their noble status in Earth Kingdom society; while he wears his usual yellow and green, belted tunic and pants, at home Sketh wears a white fitted suit that was customarily made for him by his parents,with long teal sleeves, a dragon printed body and a long sash wrapped around his waste. Sketh,resenting his parents' treatment, grew up hard and rebellious. At the age of six, he ran away from home and fell into a cave inhabited by Badger moles. Badger moles were the first Earth benders and to sketh, He understood them, and they understood him because they were both blind.

He learned Earth bending by imitating their movements. Sketh learned to "see" through the use of his Earth bending, feeling people and other objects through their vibrations, which he feels through the ground via his bare feet. He also has great hearing due to the fact that he is blind. Although, He became such a powerful bender that he secretly entered underground Earth bending tournaments,and was actually the champion of Earth Rumble Six, before he left the city in search of adventure {without telling his parents} After leaving Ba Sing Se,he traveled threw the Omashu mountains toward Omashu,hearing that it was a smaller city and had a sewage system alot smaller,he could stay there and live how he wanted,do what he wanted and he wouldn't get in trouble or have to follow any rules. Once he traveled threw the mountains and got into the city,he made he way down into the sewage system and is now living under Omashu on his own only going out of the sewage system to steal food.
