Current Residence: Earth Kingdom. Follows her brother, Ciel Ato.

Weapons: She tends to carry a small throwing knife in her boot, for emergencies.

|APPEARANCE|

General Appearance: Chiyo is a short blonde girl, standing in at about 5'4. She had medium length light blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin like Ciel, and dresses in a white dress and grey boots. She often times wears a pendent around her neck and carries a back pack.

|CHARACTERISTICS|

Personality: Chiyo is a very sweet and caring girl. She is extremely protective of her brother though and does not show mercy to those who attempt to cause harm to her or him. She is extremely bright for being so young and a skilled bender at that. She is more loyal to her brother than anything, even though they argue at times. She promises to follow him every where. They both grew strong together after the death of their mother.
She is extremely curious about the world and is excited to see it all.
Hamartia: She is extremely loyal to her brother and often times gets enraged when people attempt to hard them. Either of them can be used to get what someone wants out of the other.
Dreams and Ambitions: She wishes to see the entire world and aid Ciel Ato in his dreams and goals.
Brief History: After the death of Ciel and Chiyo's mother in front of their very eyes. Chiyo became very ruthless in battle and is known for being cold to those who display harmful intentions to her or her brother.
Her and Ciel have both agree'd the travel the world together. Like her brother and mother, she is an earth bender.
