DalDal, only admins may comment on other people's applications. Just a warning.

Now Titi, you can't be the best bender in the tribe because we have rules on mastering elements. Plus it's nearly impossible to master an element at 16 without professional training such as Katara did.

Another thing, you can't have all the elements. Only the Avatar wields all four elements and it makes your character over-powerful. I suggest you remove that.

Also we encourange personality to be atleast a paragraph. It's too vague. You need to write more about him. Mention his pros and cons inside of the personality.

The History is vague also. He's been living for 16 years, i'm sure he has a bit of history with his family and school and friends etc. So once you read through this and change it around, i'll re-read it.

For clarification, you may have up to two different elements, and sub-elements (lightning, ice, etc.) Don't count toward this total. Elements labeled as Mastery elements on the official bending elements thread cannot be started with.
