Yami, a little reluctantly, pulled her bow off of her back and the sheath of arrows. Then she unbuckled her knife belt, and piled her weapons in the corner. She then took off the large cloak she always wore so it would be easier to put on the training gear. She felt a little uneasy. She had always had weapons close to her, so this was a bit of a different experience.
Yami looked over at the man who was supposed to be her training dummy. It was moments like this that she was thankful that she had spent those few months in a dojo out in the main empire somewhere. She had learned martial arts there, and was now happy that she had. She examined the man closely. He was at least a foot and a half taller than her, and extremely well built. If she was going to punch him, the easiest target would be his stomach. She lifted her hand uncertainly. The added strength offered by Kokuo gave her an unfair advantage in terms of strength. However, the man seemed strong, and she decided that she wouldn't be able to do much to him, so she pulled back and punched the man directly in the center of his stomach.
