Looking for a math for Regent Lord of Nippon, Prince Hideyoro Ezofuji-no-Tsukuyomi

I started making two princesses of the Earth Kingdom with Earth King Lu, but never finished their application. After the time skip, they would each be 27. Could I apply Aimi Peng for this? (We wouldn't start an RP until after their application was approved)

Could I make them siblings of Hui, as they were originally? If not, that's fine, but I'm just wondering if that's still possible. Also, could you move them out of the dead topics section so I may edit and finish them?
