Personality: Sayuri Yoroki is a peculiar girl. She doesn't communicate with others. She shuts herself out of all conversations and focuses only on her. Some people might think that's self-centered, but a lot of things have happened to her in the past that have molded her into what she is today. Although many people have tried to reach out to her, she pushes them back even more, causing her to lose complete touch with them. As much as her heart yearns for friendship and love, her mind rejects every attempt that comes into mind. All in all, Sayuri is a broken girl. She is lost in her own world of despair. She doesn't think that there is happiness in the world. Just misery and people who cause it. She is like a puzzle, all the pieces are there, but they just won't fit together, as if they don't match.

Even though she's distant, if she feels that people actually care about her, she becomes significantly stronger.

Sayuri is necrophobic. She cannot kill anyone or watch anyone die.

Sayuri loves to sing. She sings pretty much whenever she's alone.

Sayuri dislikes people in general. She is not quick to make friends, not that she even has any. Even though people have tried to reach out to her, she pushes them back.

She doesn't like large crowds, it makes her feel very uncomfortable.

Brief History: Sayuri has had a normal childhood. She grew up in the Northern Water Tribe, but moved to Vermillion City a few years after her parents died in a war. It didn't affect her as much as one would think, but she did pull away from socialization. She became a loner, staying away from people. She has a breakdown on the anniversary of her parents' death, which is pretty much the only time she actually expresses any type of emotion.She was born into a middle-class family who loved her dearly. She was an only child, so she would get bored from time to time. The tribe's other children didn't like her much. They called her a weirdo for having such mixed appearances. After her parents' death, she stayed in the Water Tribe for a few more years before moving to Vermillion City. She is now looking for a new life and to become a strong enough bender to be the ruler of the Northern Water Tribe.
