I am the local Tsumi, here to Tsumi your Tsumi :3 (AND STEAL YOUR CANDY! :< ) First off, if you haven't already, head over to the Rules and Guidelines section of the forum, and read up on the official bending elements, and other miscellaneous rules. After that, head over to the Character Creation area, grab the template, and type up a charrie! :3 Once your character is approved, if you'd like to RP with someone, take a look at my signature, under My Characters (and links to them). Select one of my characters, and send me a PM, stating which one you'd like to RP with.
