Brief History:
His older sister Sydney can Earth bend and Air bend. He lives in a shadow of his older sister. He wants to impress his father by able to bend metal. On his twelfth birthday he was able to bend metal a little bit.

He doesn't like it when his sister thinks she knows everything. Whenever he spars with someone, he always wins and severely hurts them. Cade is as strong as a rock. He is the star student in his Earth bending class.

Well a few things but to start it off, you can not shot rocks out of your fingers. You can bend rocks and shot them at people but not physically shot them from your body. Also you must have a paragraph for your personality as a paragraph is 4 sentences. As for your history it has to be 2 paragraphs. I am also not sure if soccer, football, or hip hop exist at all in the avatar universe but I could be wrong.
