Please try temporarily disabling any firewalls you have running on your system: -

• Software firewalls can simply be turned off, usually by right clicking on the icons near your clock and selecting "Close" or "Exit".

• Hardware firewalls should be bypassed by going from the computer directly to your modem, skipping any router you may have.

Please try running the Origin using admin access. For this please right click on your Origin’s shortcut available on your desktop and choose the “Run as Administrator” option.

This was my poor attempt to get my Sims 3 Supernatural game to work on Origins. It was a waste of time and the person did not help me whatsoever. I also have a feeling it was probably some man all the way in India sitting at a computer. I still can't play the game. I just thought I share this with you all because it was sort of funny.

I'm so sorry Earthy...that's happened to me with Sims games before. I ended up just getting a different version, different disc.

I ended up talking to another person and they said my payment has not gone through. So I will have to wait a few days for that to happen. Origin was made so people can get their games faster and easier. I don't want to wait 1-2 days to play my game. -.-
