Brief History:He was thirteen when his parents were killed by a fire bender who lit his home on fire.His mother was a water bender and his father was a earth bender.He challenged to fire bender to a duel and lost when the fire bender brought swords into it.

He escaped and took his younger sister with him to the fire nation where they were denied.then soon the settled around the vast unknown and were attacked by illnesses.His sister died while Demitri survived.He found the southern water tribe who helped him back to health.After that they taught him how to bend water at 16 like his mother said she was going to when he was old enough,When he finished in a year he decided to stay there for a while before he left to find the earth kingdom.
