Getting Ready To Leave (OPEN)

Kaida smiled and put his right hand on the back of his head "So your the guy who got my back." Kaida laughed but then stopped in pain and put his hands on the wound on his left shoulder. "God one of did get me good. I got stabbed there a couple weeks back... went straight through."

"Ya I didnt see that, but whats up? whats been going on, man?" Kolack sounded excited, huge smile on his face, learning from a guy with unique abilities.

"Nothing just gettin into trouble as usual. I heard from somewhere my uncle James was alive but people are after me so." Kaida was glaring up at the sky angrily. "God what is taking her."

Kolack had a smirk on his face. "I know right? Women... She seems like a nice person though."

Kaida looked down "Yea." Smiling "She does." Kaida stood back up and took off his coat and hat "Its hot as hell in the damn coat." His bandages were bloodstained and there was a giant scar on his left shoulder on both sides "F*ck I need new bandages."

As Mai ran through the front door to her house, she dropped the groceries on the table and began explaining to her parents where she was going. She couldn't help but lie a bit, "We're going on a school trip. It's a learning experience," She rambled as she packed her things. "We're going to the desert, so I'll learn how to sandbend!" Mai packed as much nonperishable food as she could in her backpack. "We aren't sure how long we'll be gone, a few weeks maybe." Along with food, an extra set of clothes, and some hygiene products, Mai was saying goodbye to her family and running back out the door. She was a bit surprised that her parents accepted it. She supposed the sandbending factor and little white lie about a school trip made them unable to refuse. Plus, she didn't give them much time to get a word in edgewise.
Almost tripping a few times, Mai eventually caught back up with the boys. Panting, she heaved her backpack further up her shoulder. "Ready" Mai smiled.

"Okay... Im gonna go get Jadda and a few things I left with her, Wont take long Promise. Oh, any one wanna come see Jadda?" Kolack said with his eyebrows raised and a smile on his face...

"Sure. But who's Jadda?" Mai asked, curiously.

"You'll see, She is very friendly when i bring by friends." He said with asurance.

"Alright" Mai nodded. It seemed to her that Jadda was an animal by the way he spoke about her. "Let's go."
