Confusion About Korra

Now, this site was created before The Legend of Korra was even thought up, it was created shortly after the finale of the original Last Airbender series, therefore we've moved on from The Last Airbender as if Korra never happened, cuz it didn't when we created this place. Because we are now 700 years after the Original Series, and Korra is 100, we are not going back to go edit everything, therefore Korra never happened hear. Meaning no futuristic world, not anti-bender movement, no Republic City, and no Pro-bending, but there ARE Fire Ferrets, cuz hey they're cute lol, oh and Polar Bear dogs. Animals from the series are fine, just nothing else k? lol.

With all due respect, why not have pro bending? Perhaps more modernized but I think it'd be a fun idea to have tournaments and stuff. Just a thought...I'm new and I don't want to cross anyone lol

I do think Rayne has a point, I don't think right now would be the best time to implement something like that because the world is at war, but I don't see why, just because pro bending came from Korra it can't be used. I mean obviously there would be no republic city but we could do a international league of pro bending or something.

Because it's a little too modern for this site and where it's set. Furthermore, I've already said no, so I would appreciate if people stopped asking. This is why I posted this topic. I am not mad even though I sound it, I am just explaining things, so sorry if I sound a little ticked.

Then how about a less modern version?

Take away the zones, rounds, and just have 3 people knocking the other three off a crappy wooden platform?

I'm all for Laurent's idea, I think it would work best that way. Just imagine, every sport started out somewhat less advanced than they are played today, and they will probably develop further as time goes by.
