Personality: Fen is quite lazy as he rarely took assassination contracts during his time in the Order. He is also quite kept to himself as he just stays away from people when he can. But when necessary, he can be violent and can discharge a large amount of killing intent that can even make strong enemies feel uneasy and sweat. He rarely shows this side of him because this side makes him destructive and he doesn't hesitate to kill even a surrendering enemy.He also admires and fears his parents. He doesn't back down even if his opponent is more powerful than him.
Personal Strengths: Fen has a variety of abilities gained from his 10 years of training:
Swordsmanship- Fen has a high level of swordsmanship that he might be called a master, being able to slice through solid rock and metal with ease. He is also able to fight evenly with a fellow swordsman specialist with just his dagger. This, combined with his strength, speed, and senses, makes him an extremely dangerous swordsman, even among strong and experienced swordsmen.
Immense Strength- Fen has immense strength that allows him to even lift and throw boulders twice his size with considerable speed.
Great Speed, Agility, and Reflexes- Fen can avoid attacks and catch escaping preys with his superior speed. His agility and reflexes allows his to perform great acrobatic feats and to move his body at his will quickly.
Stealth- As an assassin, Fen can hide his presence and sneak up on enemies. His level of mastery in stealth is even great enough to sneak up on fellow assassins.
Great Durability- Fen is able to directly take great damage and come out with minimal injuries. He can also tolerate pain to a certain degree.
Even if he is greatly hurt, he is quite tenacious and still fights on without showing any weakening in his power.
Adaptability- Being raised in different kinds of environments, It allowed him to tolerate even intense heat and extreme cold and to easily adapt.
Enhanced Senses- Fen's senses added to his reflexes makes him even more harder to hit or sneak up on. His senses allows him to notice an assassin following him from a considerable distance. His keen eyesight also allows him to identify a disguised army officer from a great distance.
Keen Intellect- In his years of assassinating, Fen was able to travel to different locations and learn many things. Because of this, Fen has deep knowledge about Bending, the cultures and traditions of some nations and some of the known figures in the world.
Fen's abilities also make him high-level assassin that makes him superior to fellow assassins of the Order, which makes them either respect, or fear him.
Personal Weaknesses: His fear of his parents makes him almost impossible to force himself fight to them. His only other weakness is his inability to hurt women, in which he is only able to do so is in his violent side or when the situation forces him to do so.

Brief History: Fen's parents were assassins that trained him when he reached the the age of 3. He had to go through rigorous training in different kinds of environments that made him able to tolerate even intense heat and extreme cold, allowed him to easily adapt. When he reached the age of 13, he became a full-fledged assassin of the Order and after a few months of assassinations, he was acknowledged by the Order to have potential to be high-ranking assassin that would work directly for the Order. He had to go through different tests even for him was hard. The final test was to defeat his parents. When he learned of this, He had second thoughts in finishing his test. But he summed up his courage to go fight them. But when he faced them, he trembled with fear. His parents are waiting for him to attack, but he wouldn't budge. He then thought "well then, this had to come someday" and accepted that he had to fight his masters and charged forth. They fought for nearly an hour but, in the end his parents won. Representatives from the Order came and said that he passed. He was puzzled by this and asked why and the representatives told him: The final test is to overcome your greatest fear. His parents came up to him and told him "become more powerful and surpass us, son.". After a year of working for the Order, Fen requests to Order to let him leave to explore the world as "he was bored of assassinations", but his request is denied. So, when he was 15, He escapes the island and he sets off to venture the world thrives to learn and to become more powerful. As Fen travel to the different nations, he is constantly being hunted by assassins sent by the Order for disobeying them. He spent nearly a year to fending them off but gets tired of it and decides to lose them. He sends a decoy that goes to the Elemental Kingdom as Fen is traveling to the Elemental Kingdom. He is currently in the Fire Nation waiting for when he is old enough to apply to be a royal guard as the assassins still don't know where he is.

You need a bit more detail in the history. Describe his life a bit more in detail. You need at least another paragraph. Also, no one can become a high ranking assassin in a matter of weeks. He can become a fully fledged assassins at 13, no problem, but it takes more than a few weeks to become high ranking. You can say he won the favour of the higher ranking assassins, and may have become a high ranking assassin when he was older because of it, but yeah.
