At his waist he has a brown leather belt which has tied to it a small necklace made with beads, he usually has a brown leather satchel the strap rests on his right shoulder and crosses down to the left side of his waist inside of it rest a large number of books.

Brief History:
Tzar was born in the northern water tribe, his father died of illness a few months after Tzar was born, making his mother have to raise him on her own, at a very young age Tzar started becoming very anti-social he would tend to stay away from crowds, he also showed ease in learning the arts of water bending but would always refuse to use it for violence.

Tzar spent many days spying on classes of healing, he had always accepted waters more calming and healing nature than it's use in combat, but not long after starting this normal routine of spying he was caught by the head of the class, after listening to his motives she proposed to teach him the art of healing in private and he accepted, and since then he has been learning a more peaceful way of bending (As well as the main style of bending).
