Personality: Isolated. Most people have shunned him from society, so he keeps to himself most of the time. Noone rarely visits his home.

Brief History: Li's parents lived by the sea in a small farming community. Their life was fairly peaceful, and ships would come at times to trade. However, one day, when Li was roughly 4, a strange ship had docked at the port. A cruel pirate captain demanded that the town surrender to his crew, and his father and few men from the village attempted to stand up to the men. It had disasterous results. Li's father retreated to his home to protect his family, and the pirate captain attacked the house personally. Li watched in horror as his parents were slaughtered before his eyes. Just as the captain moved to kill Li, a lucky Fire Nation detachment passed by the city, and either arrested or killed the remaining pirates. The captain was hanged, but Li was never the same again. Li had trouble talking to begin with, but after his parents' death, he just couldnt muster the confidence. Numerous schools flunked him on account of his hinderence, and Li had much difficulty making friends. Eventually, society basically just shunned hims out, and Li found an abandoned and ruined lighthouse on the outskirts of the mainland. Since then, he has made it his home. Noone ever suspected that Li had a genius level intellect, but then again, noone really payed him any attention to begin with.
