Hair: Long brown hair and tied into a pony tail. He's had to fight his parents to keep the pony tail. Rio likes it just because he thinks it makes him look cooler.

Personality: Rio's personality can be thought of as fun loving and always wanting to learn more. He is enjoyable to be around. Although Rio is young, he has a lot of potential but is known to sneak out sometimes.

Personal Strengths: Rio can learn pretty quickly. He is very curious and asks a lot of questions but can come through in a fight if he is needed.

Personal Weaknesses: He is young and still learning. Get's distracted easily. Gets carried away and can take something too far.

Personal Hero: King Bumi and his brother Li.

Likes: Sneaking out at night. Avoiding the Royal Guards. Not getting in trouble by his father. Hanging out with his parents and brother. Girls! Learning more Earth Bending. Looking forward to moving onto Metal Bending.

Dislikes: Getting caught by the Guards. Getting scolded by his parents. Being turned down from a girl. Getting ignored by his brother.

Brief History: Rio is Li's brother and son to Akio and his wife. He was born into Royalty but never met his grandparents. He has quite a large room and can obtain anything he wants but also has a knack for sneaking out and going out on his own to explore because in the day time he is not allowed outside of the palace.

Even though he is 13, Rio is a near master at Earth Bending and can hold his own in a fight if he goes looking for one or if he is facing his brother in a friendly match. Rio looks up to Li as his big brother and admires him greatly. Rio one day hopes to be a great leader to the Earth Kingdom, but for now he is stuck in school and with his Royal Guards watching everything he does and everywhere he goes.

But although that does have it's advantages, Rio does like his privacy. He does have a darker side but that isn't shown too often. He is mostly carefree and really can get along with anyone.
